After playing for months maybe even a year. I have finally won enough to redeem $100. The next day which is today my account is closed states user does not exist.

Complete scam casino! Initiated a redemption on 6/10/26. Like many state here, always some bs replies that it’s in queue and they assure me I will be paid. Sure! Hopefully by New Years, if that. My trust factor for them today is 0%. Stay away from this casino at all cost!

I initiated a redemption on September 4th for $115 but i haven’t received it yet and today is the 29th. A total waste of time. Don’t try it!

If they gave me half a star I would pick that. Me and my buddy are waiting on our redemption been over 10 days they keep sending same responds they are scamming pos. DO NOT DEPOSIT

Put in a $100 redemption request back in June. Still waiting three months later. Every time I ask support about it, they say it’s in the payment queue. I asked for a refund of my deposit money instead, which got me precisely nowhere. As far as I can tell, Sweep Las Vegas is a total scam and should be shut down so it can’t keep STEALING PEOPLE’S MONEY.

I put in a redemption on July 27,2026 and as of today September 23, 2026 I’m still waiting! I have reached out to the FTC.gov to report them. They gave me a case number and are looking into it! You can call the FTC at 1-877-382-4357.

I have put in a redemption on September 15, 2026 an still have not received it. Saying waiting on the finance team i have submitted ID, bank statement to show for proof an still nothing Saying with so many redeems everything is backed up.

Let me just add to the other 264 negative review here and say that I wish I would've checked here before spending any money on this site. Waiting on 2 - $100 payouts but haven't been waiting nearly as long as some of these other folks. Holy crap! Can someone shut them down already?!

Wow I am kind of glad I never won enough to redeem. I wish I would have read the reviews before giving this company one red cent. I paid $35 and got about $90 of SC coins. Pretty good for signing up. From my experience this is one of the WORST sites for winning. I have played tons of other sites and they usually loosen the slots for new players because the want to lure you in. They all do this.. there is no randomness, RTP, or random number generator. Its dependent on what you spend. However this site I couldn't win anything over $4 betting 50 cents - 60 cents a spin. Ridiculous. $90 sure didn't last long. I promptly deleted my account and blocked any email communication. Yeah this site is awful.

This platform is crazy how do they expect to keep anyone playing? So I won on my initial buy in and they took thw money out of my account immediately as expected. But then I won and redeemed 100 dollars not a lot to them im sire but it said instant transfer to card. Which is totally a lie. Then I look further down it says please allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery of payment which is another lie. Here I am sitting here a week later looking at other reviews saying they got paid months later. Why would anyone gamble to get paid months later it takes all the fun out of gambling. So if u want your winnings this year dont play at this casino. Its awful they asked me to be patient I have been. But you can only be patient for so long. They are taking money from people why not use that to pay out players who are waiting. I dont know how they do thi ga but this casino will go inder very quickly using this method.

I’m having the same issues. I did a redemption for 400.00$ a month ago and it’s still pending and every time I emailed them I get the same response. That it’s been approved but due to high demand of redemptions that they are behind. I emailed them again demanding at least what I spent on their site to be refunded and they have yet to respond. Worse site ever stay away

It’s been a whole month and still haven’t received my 400 redemption. I received my last email from them and they got upset that I kept emailing them regarding my winnings, their exact words were” like I told you before that we are back up and your request is in the queue “. Stay as away from this site. I wonder were can we file a complaint. This site is a total scam and it’s taking peoples money

It’s been 2 weeks since I requested my redemption em them everyday same thing they have to many redemption request now they stop responding to my emails will I ever get my payouts so frustrating never had a problem with other platforms

Same story as everyone else going on a month my redemption has been pending. Reach out to customer service and get the same answer every time “your redeem request is still under review by our Finance Team”
I will say I have literally tried 100+ sweepstake sites and this one is by far the scummiest. Straight scammers they should be blacklisted

So I finally received my 3 cash outs. I made
1) $500 withdrawal on July 20, 2026
2) $770 withdrawal on July 30, 2026
3) $140 withdrawal on August 5, 2025

Received the 500 and 140 together on August 12, 2026 and got the 770 on September 1, 2026. All weee done via Instant bank transfer/ACH option. Took forever and it was extremely frustrating, but, they did eventually pay out.

I put in a redeem request on 7/29 and im still waiting on money that i won that i really need right now.
With the continued excuse that they have a lot of requests right now. Nothing takes this long and its crazy.
I will update my review if I get my money but at this point I'm starting to really doubt that's ever going to happen.

Working on two weeks without any kind of update on redemption. Disappointed!
