Wow, I came to leave a somewhat mild review and I wish I would've looked at tue reviews before I even attempted anything at Sweeplasvegas. 2 STAR only because of the good packages they offer but then again, what good are they if you can never cash out huh? My main thing is it "falsely advertises" 24/7 customer support when in fact you'll be lucky to EVER hear from them..No lie! Beware guys..These reviews have just officially made them a no go from here out.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I bought 2 bonus welcome packages, cashed out, and withdrew. The next morning I wake up to an email saying that my account has been permanently suspended due to “bonus abuse”. I’m not sure what the heck that’s supposed to mean because THEY OFFERED ME BONUSES!!!!!! I have $1040 that I tried to withdraw… I’ve tried to email and have gotten no responses. It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard or received my money.

Been waiting since 9/25/26 for a redemption. Sure, some sites take time to process redemptions, but their customer support is basically non-existent. I want the redemption processed, or a refund for the payment I made on this site.

I have been trying to reach customer support since 10/10/26 not a single response back after sending multiple emails. Casino is an absolute scam. Had a $2000 redemption pending for over a month. Never paid. Finance team answered one email and said “it would be ready by the end of the week at the latest. That was 3 weeks ago and have never heard back. They do not pay. Do not play here.

STOP. Do not skip this. If you are thinking about buying an offer from Sweep Las Vegas, read this carefully first.

I am writing this so no more people fall for this. This casino owes me $1,051.00 in five prize redemptions stuck on Pending since September 7 to 14, 2026. I am a resident of this country with no immigration status issue; they asked for all my details, they are on my account, and I was fully verified. On September 5 a $126 redemption was paid without any problem, which proves their system works and my documents were approved. I believe that first payment was a hook: they pay you something small so you believe everything is fine, you buy bigger offers, and that is when they hold your money.

They advertise high prizes so you think you can win that money, but in the end they do not pay it. And if they do pay, look how long it takes. It is not fair that they hold your money all this time when you have already complied with everything they asked for. This is money that belongs to the player.

They flood my inbox with tempting promotional offers every single day. They are very persistent when it comes to getting your money. But when it comes to paying, there is total silence. They take deposits in seconds, but winnings take months, and sometimes they never arrive.

I emailed support on September 14. They replied once, on September 15, without resolving anything, and never answered again.

This is an unscrupulous casino. They do not follow their own terms and conditions. They have no values and no respect for their players. This operator was blacklisted by SweepsKings on September 10, 2026 for slow or unpaid winnings and unresponsive support. On Trustpilot they hold 1.4 stars with 83% one-star reviews, almost all about the same thing: unpaid redemptions and silence from support. I do not understand how a casino with these conditions can be allowed to keep operating. They should be held accountable and punished strongly. This should not be allowed to continue.

I have evidence of everything I am saying: screenshots of everything, their messages, the only email they ever answered, and my full redemption history. They have not blocked my account, but if they ever do because of this, I already have it all saved. What I want is for more people to not fall for this scam, so they do not keep getting opportunities at this casino. Do not make this mistake.

Title: $1,141.34 in pending withdrawals and no response from customer support

I am extremely disappointed with Sweep Las Vegas. I have two pending redemption requests totaling $1,141.34.

My first withdrawal of $351.34 was requested on September 15, 2026, and my second withdrawal of $790 was requested on September 19, 2026.

Both withdrawals are still showing as pending. Every time I contacted customer support, I was told that my payments were being processed. Now they have stopped responding to my messages altogether.

I have been waiting for weeks without receiving my money or a clear explanation of when I will be paid.

This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I expect Sweep Las Vegas to honor my redemption requests, release my $1,141.34, and provide a clear explanation for these delays.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this casino. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves my pending payments.

Pending redemption for 2000 is still pending, account was closed voluntarily but was prior to redemption request. I want my redemption paid out and I will come back to rate 5 stars. I email them every day but no one is responding. Next step is a lawyer if they don't respond.

Such a fraud site and wouldn't recommend no one to waste their time or money, I've been waiting for my redemption since July 7th 2026 and it's October 8 2026 and still haven't received it I'm just going to report them to the Delaware gaming enforcement, bbb, and sweepguard as they shouldn't be allowed to operate a day longer if they can't pay but take money

Besides the duplicate complaints everyone else has, they've robbed me out of 390 free spins over the course of last year. All the free spins I should have received with purchases, 60 here 60 there, are all for games that I'm geolocked from playing. I contacted support a bunch of times and they never bothered to respond. Tonight I see that they did credit me free spins to another gaming provider like I had been asking for, for forever! Only like I said they never bothered to respond ever so I didn't know and even though the previous spins that I can't play don't expire for like a decade, the ones they just recently credited, that I could play are already expired. I have been waiting for a $200 deposit since June 2026, it’s currently October. I have emailed each month, with patience, and they have responded promptly. But only to tell me that I’m in the queue, that they are behind in their payments. I realize now, esp after seeing their ratings scores, that I will not get what I am owed for taking my time & money for their benefit. Refuses to pay. Been waiting since 9/18. Keep getting generic run around. There own terms say redemptions should only be pending for 3 days. Would not recommend playing this site. Worst platform ever.

l put in for a redemption on 8/27/26 at 10:07a.m and still have not received it total scam bs di not put money on this site. they need to be shut down
