No response, no refund, I'm waiting 2 months for a reply to my e-mail. No product, no product replacement. No contact whatsoever. Only automatic reply. Giant Scam !!!

I email you 10 times. How may emails do i need to write to get the response? My order numer is #SWO-925161-05-800-PL. The order is processing for 2 months. I wrote that the product is needed for a sick person who needs a drug to function normally. The order was placed 1 month in advance so that the drug would not run out. I asked for help in changing the product to another lower dose for the same price, but no one helped me solve the problem. The product is still available on the website, both in the dose of 400 mg and 200 mg with delivery within 2 weeks, but unfortunately my order is not supported.

1 Arrived near expired, 2 weeks away from expiring.
The other still had tot arrive. I ordered that one 3 months ago.
I chose, there's an option when u check out to click what location u get it send from, it would be delivered from EU, but then they didn't tell me it ran out and made it come from USA, which I had to find out by emailing them myself, that's been 3+ months ago now.
So to say it straight. Their logistics in the warehouses and on delivery and experiation date is abysmal.
Product ingredient transparency is rather poor, as I had to really had to push certain questions hard for a normal response. Their secrecy doesn't fill me with confidence.
The only redeeming point was the people at the customer service. They did their best with the information they had.
Their business model might just be too big to efficiently control.

Good customer service but items have been lost in post
I ordered several bottles of zinc carnosine in early June. I realise that there has been huge demand for these products but I was told it wouldn't arrive until end of July at the earliest. I've had to email several times to say that it still hasn't arrived and was told to wait until 21st August. It still hasn't arrived by the end of August but I have now been issued with a refund. I'm surprised that large orders over £50 aren't tracked in the UK mail given that things seem to be going astray more recently. Swanson's customer service has been very good though and they have now issued a refund. The products are also very high quality and I have found the zinc carnosine to be very helpful. It's just slightly frustrating that they seem so hard to get hold of at the moment.

Still Waiting For Delivery
Placed an order on 8th July, received an email soon afterwards that it had been shipped, it is now been 7 weeks and still no delivery. Will not order from them again.

As of Jan 1, 2021, at the direction of Swanson Health Products, Inc. (US), Swanson Health Products Europe (an official distributor of Swanson Health Products) assumed management of the domain, www.Swanson.co.uk. Swanson Health Products (US) removed prior management of Swanson.co.uk due to continuous customer complaints and non-compliance with Swanson (US) customer service values. As a result of the change, we can guarantee all of the European and UK orders/ shipments will be sent within Europe and will be delivered in 2-3 business days by DHL Express.
