AVOID!! I made an order on 4th July and have still yet to receive it on 23rd August - which is beyond a joke! I have had minimal response from customer service and complete silence when I asked to cancel the order and get a full refund.

I am still waiting for my order many many weeks after my order . I do understand it is exceptional times but I have tried to contact customer service but continue to get what appears automated replies. I have two days asked for a refund and still no personal reply. I feel this is bad service and do not feel confident this situation is going to get resolved .

Par mégarde j'ai contacté Swanson Europe pour le suivi du colis qui me répond que mes coordonnées sont inexistantes dans leur base de données- la panique me saisit. Après vérification, ma commande s'est faite auprès de Swanson.uk, manifestement ce n'est pas la même chose, ??. Les correspondances mails ont été très réactives, très humaines et globalement positives. La livraison s'est très bien passée en définitif, quant au produit je connais déjà depuis près de 3ans et efficace, mais sans la gélule, qui reste malheureusement trop chimique pour ma santé. A quand la gélule naturelle et végétale au riz par exemple ?
