Placed my order back in July…
Placed my order back in July 20!!!.....order was allegedly dispatched back in early August however, despite regular emails to Swanson International, informing them that I have yet to receive my order, I am STILL WAITING my item and it's now the beginning of October.
I have emailed twice in the last fortnight and received no reply from them, I will be contacting my bank before long, to get my money back.....I fully appreciate and understand that companies and businesses, couriers, etc are all slower than normal due to Covid-19 globally but this is a joke and when the estimated delivery date is August 24/27th and it's gone way over that now, then something clearly isn't right!.

Following my comments, I was surprised to be contacted and given a full refund and an explanation, it appears Swanson were initially unaware of my order problem, based on their response once they discovered the issue with the order I feel very satisfied with the outcome

I ordered a year's supply of black cohosh on 20/07/2020 ,was emailed to say my order had been dispatched on 01/08/2020 . As yet it has not arrived and despite me emailing many times I get the same automated message back. The worst service I have had in years
I ordered on 19th July and was told it had been despatched on 1st August. No goods delivered by mid August. I emailed and they said delivery by 28th August. We are now 12th September and still no delivery. You have had £35 of my money for two months and still no goods.
