Excellent customer service
I contacted Swan after my kettle stopped working after 15 months. It had been gifted to me to I didn't have the receipt but had kept the box.
Alison was absolutely lovely in every email and talked me through exactly what I needed to do (she even chased me up at one point!).
It has been the best customer service I have recieved in a long time and the most hassle free exchange!

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service!! Sara is an asset to the company. She was very polite and helpful on the phone when I rang Swan regarding a fault with my microwave which I had bought for me 16 months ago. She was also prompt with her follow-up emails requesting photos and details of the appliance etc. I look forward to receiving my replacement microwave within the next few days.

Wonderful help.
I had to return a product and Elle was absolutely great in helping me with this. I didn't have a printer so she went out of her way to print one off for me and sent it in the post so I could do it. I would give more than 5 stars to her if I could for her help. Swan, she is a star.

I recently purchased an air fryer 3 months ago I didn't realise that it had a fault until I used both baskets for cooking recently as this has happened before with the previous air fryer that it replaced I asked for a refund and all I am offered is another replacement as I have no confidence in the product anymore and it could possibly be dangerous I'm reluctant to have another from this company. I now have to buy a reliable replacement I'm a very upset pensioner nice one Swan.

My kettle developed a fault. I contacted Swan as was offered a replacement kettle. Sara helped with an easy step by step instruction on how to resolve the problem . She gave a very prompt response and was very understanding . Thank you . Would recommend buying swan products .

I contacted Swan about a replacement…
I contacted Swan about a replacement for a broken part.
Joseph of customer service answered my query,after supplying him with photos he asked other members of staff to locate the part.He then informed me they would be sending out a replacement.
From the first contact to receiving the part was 2 days.
Swan must be congratulated on all their staff.
