The heating element failed before the end of warranty, but after the free labour guarantee. The pre-paid engineer's appointment was well over a week from when the booking was. Understandable I guess. No doubt the engineer is in high demand servicing a huge area and is extremely competent and personable.
All in all an excellent service from the detailed determination of which model through to the arrival and departure of the engineer.

The engineer was friendly and punctual, he replaced the faulty part within ten mins.
Very happy with the service I received.

Graham attended to resolve our issue. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted the issue very quickly for us. Fantastic service all round.

I cannot praise this company highly enough.
I had an issue with my induction hob, the help desk person was a dream to speak with and promptly arranged for an engineer to visit.

The engineer contacted me to confirm the issue so he my order the correct parts, he arrived as arranged, was an expert at his job, was personable, tidy, and courteous.

And CDA didn’t charge for any of this.

I’ll be a lifelong customer of theirs now.

It took 3 engineers to realise that our brand new freezer which didn’t work properly from day 1 has it had a gas leak

Friendly staff, great customer service. I was able to register my appliances with ease and an engineer was arranger quickly when I had an issue.

Freezer was faulty engineer could not fix the freezer. Was offered the same freezer again but they would not fit or take the old freezer. Would not recommend

Only think which upset me a little he just put is tool bag and then placed oven door on top of our quartz work top
With it costing us over £5000 was slightly annoyed he just assumed it was a place to place is tools

Allan was on time pleasant and focused on the work required to have our fridge/freezer repaired and it was up and running properly once the problem part was fitted and reassembled.

From start to finish I had a brilliant service, assigned one person to deal with the case, which was really helpful instead of having to re explain. Kept me informed and engineer arrived, fixed the oven and I am very happy with the service received.

I needed to replace the motor on an old built in extractor. The whole motor assembly was inexpensive, I pre-ordered the part.
I had great email updates, arrived by post and it worked.
Some minimal instructions would of helped but I worked it out, cut back the wire connectors to suit and working perfect.
Better than buying a new one and re-tiling the kitchen.

The Engineer kept me informed and arrived on time and did the work quickly

Very good at keeping me up to date in what was happening.

The engineer arrived on schedule. The problem didn’t present itself clearly but the engineer made a few adjustments and said we could call him back at any time if the problem persisted.
The alarm bell has sounded once in 24 hours. We are giving it a few more days and will be calling him back if necessary.
He was polite and assuring and I have no worries about a recall if it is required.

Have 4 appliances from this crowd, fridge broke and was replaced, freezer broke down twice and now they oven has blown the heating element after very little use and because we signed the contract with Wren they are taking that as the proof of sale although wasn't delivered to our house til later in the year and fitted in the June 2024 so they won't look at it under warranty although it should still be in it!
Worst appliances ever bought and worst company have ever dealt with!

Graham the engineer was great. Phoned ahead. Turned up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fix of the problem. All very efficient.

That’s exact contrast to arranging the appointment. Multiple phone calls. Appointment sent for a day when we were away (despite saying we were away). Then a 3 week wait!
