Brilliant Customer Service
I'm so grateful to Courtney and the spare parts team who found a replacement teapot for my 90 year old mother's Swan teasmade when there wasn't one easily available. They went even further and provided it free of charge as a goodwill gesture which was really lovely and my mother was absolutely delighted.

Excellent customer service with a faulty product
Contacted swan customer service via the online form and within one hour they had arranged a replacement as my crossover was under warranty. Excellent customer service provided by Diane and I'm pleased to have my crossover replaced as it is a really good product that has halved the cleaning time!

So much fuss over a missing saucepan lid!
I purchased a retro 5 piece pan set in green for £89.99. Unfortunately one of the saucepan lids was missing. I sent pictures of the set proving the lid wasn't in the box. I sent these through immediately on the day of receiving the order.
I sent these to customer services who got back to me to say that they didn't have a spare lid to send me so I had to return the whole set back for them to send me another one? Surely if I send it back they would still have an incomplete set to resell? I just couldn't see the point or is that just me?
Very disappointing and would certainly not recommend this company to anyone over a missing saucepan lid! I wouldn't care if it was a cheap set but it wasn't!

I was sorry to read about the missing lid from your pan set - this is a rare issue and will be addressed with our supply partners.
As our pan sets come as a complete unit we are unable to provide a separate lid - indeed any unwanted or returned products are not resold.
I was pleased to learn one of our Team have agreed a suitable solution to your enquiry and I must end by offering my sincere and personal apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I love my air fryer from Swan
I love my air fryer from Swan, I've had it for 3 years now, use it near daily and it's always worked perfectly. It was so affordable and the customer service is fantastic. After 3 years of use, I needed to replace the basket, and they were unbelievably prompt at responding and sent me the basket free of charge which I was not expecting! Will absolutely get my next one from them again!

The telephone was answered immediately by Holly and she explained everything to me. She didn`t say `you can do it on line`. I would always prefer to talk to someone on the phone in order to be able to ask questions.

Great customer service from Chioma
I bought the Swan Alexa kettle which unfortunately developed a fault after a few uses. I contacted customer services and received a polite email from Chioma, who apologised and gave clear instructions on what to do next. I had several emails from Chioma, all of which were friendly, polite, clear, and keen to ensure l was fully informed of what was happening. Having the same person dealing with this made the process easier and with Chioma's assistance the matter has been resolved. Thanks Chioma.

Amazing company
We bought a Swan crossover hard floor cleaner on the 29th of November, which a friend recommended, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it , we got it out of the box and stood it in our dining room, we had a bit of a family emergency, so didn't get chance to even try it ( unfortunately I got rid of the box not thinking) , so around 5 weeks later we at last had time to use it , but the clean water tank didn't hold water , so I emailed Swan the second time I got a reply from Diane who tod me to send photos of the machine, I offered to pay for a new water tank , but I was told that could take some time, I would have waited, but they was amazing, I had to write on the floor cleaner in bold letters in permanent marker, , the next day Diane messaged me to say they have sent out a replacement, I was so surprised, so it proves they care so much about there products and customers, I give them 100 out of 10 , thankyou Diane and Swan

I recently had an issue with my Alexa kettle, which unfortunately stopped working.
