SV Sports Therapy Arvostelua 

Visited SV Sports Therapy last year and had a consultation, together with treatment and advice from Sophie.
On Sophie’s advice, I was referred for an NHS X-ray and an MRI scan. The results suggested that I needed arthroscopic surgery.
However, after continuing the Exercise program Sophie had devised, I was able to avoided surgery and return to my fitness activities.
Very pleased with the outcome and very impressed with the treatment and advice I received.

I would highly recommend SV Sports Therapy! My family and I have been visiting Sophie and her team for over a decade now and we now go for not only injury recovery but also general maintenance.

The sports massage that I had with Sophie was amazing! She was considerate of my comfort and easily found my knots and muscle tightness.

Her aftercare was also excellent, Sophie genuinely wanted to provide a good and efficient treatment for me and gave useful advice about how to maximise the benefits of the massage in the days following our appointment.

Sophie and the team at SV Sports Therapy went above and beyond in supporting the Haven House Children’s Hospice London Marathon runners. Their team provided expert guidance every step of the way – from attending our in person training evening, providing injury prevention tips and tailored recovery advice and supporting the team in a dedicated WhatsApp group. Sophie was committed to each runner’s individual journey, ensuring each participant felt confident, capable and cared for throughout their time training for the marathon.

I was served by Sophie, Derval and Tyler in the lead up to London Marathon and I couldn’t recommend them or SV Sports Therapy enough! They were all professional, compassionate and take a genuine interest in their clients. Sophie was able to provide me with exercises specifically tailored to my knee issues, which made running on them much easier and more comfortable. She provided invaluable encouragement throughout my training and gave advice fitting my plan around holidays and injuries. Derval gave me a much needed sports massage before my half marathon and Tyler prepped my legs and looked after tender areas both before and after my marathon. They all took so much care in my training and recovery and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been as successful in my marathon if it wasn’t for them. And the added support from Sophie spectating at the marathon gave me a massive boost that I needed on mile 17. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be going back for prep for any future races!

I have a long history with SV Sports Therapy since I first found them at a Race for Life half marathon in 2016. I've been served by many different therapists over the years and I've never been disappointed, always absolutely professional and skilled. Latest experiences with Reka and Derval have been fantastic, just recently getting me a shiny new PB in a trail race of 51 whopping minutes!

Visited Derval last year with a knee issue. He was very thorough, put my mind at rest and gave me some exercises that have enabled me to resume my 5 mile daily walks! I recommend SV Sports Therapy to anyone requiring professional advice!

I am a PE teacher and recommended that one of my pupils contact SV Sport Therapy to see if they could help with her EPQ project which was about the difference between injuries between males and females. My pupil received so much excellent help that her project is now much better and she has clear ways forward for further research and reading. My pupil (and myself) are so grateful for this especially as we know how busy they are. It says so much about how SV go about their business, they care about people and go the extra mile!

I have been using SV Sports Therapy for a couple of years.
Having experienced various physiotherapy in the past, this is the very best place to go.

Over the years I've been lucky to have few injuries in my training. However, recently I obtained a calf injury while out for a run which made even walking painful. I got a very quick appointment with Sophie and had a great assessment of the injury, some treatment and some recovery advice. I followed through on the recovery advice and had a few follow-up appointments with Sophie again obtaining great assessments, treatment and advice on movements to ensure a safe recovery. This assisted in what I believe to be a strong and sensible recovery from this injury (as much as it was only a calf- it was debilitating as you don't realise how much you use a calf until its injured). Once I was able to- Sophie also reviewed my running gate to assist in identifying the possible cause of this injury to help prevent any future problems. With the recovery and advice from Sophie I am back running regularly again. Thanks

I like to keep very fit and do a lot of strength training unfortunately I woke up with a terrible stiff neck and this lasted for 9 days. I just couldn’t shift it.. So I reached out to SV therapy and was looked after by the lovely Sophie who was very professional and highly experienced she knew exactly what I needed.. First, she gave me a deep tissue massage, followed by some acupuncture and to my amazement, the very next day my neck was feeling a whole lot better. Thank you Sophie for putting me at ease and taking care of me 💯 Highly recommend!!..

Saw magdelana well she is brilliant! So strong so much knowledge about the human body. Found the source of my pain straight away. Combination of acupuncture massage and strapping on going treatment highly recommend

After running a half marathon, I suffered from chronic back pain. Fortunately, I've been working with Magdalena in Loughton, an amazing soft tissue expert. Under her guidance, I have become better educated about my back health and am well on my way to being pain-free for the first time in years. I highly recommend her.

I am a runner and started to experience pain / stiffness in my buttock which baffled my GP - through careful questioning and targeted pressure on my back, Emily diagnosed sciatica and gave me some exercises to do with some follow up targeted massages. I only needed 3/4 sessions and am back to running races with no issues. The follow up care, and emailed videos after each session, were super helpful and Emily was so supportive and non-judgemental (I found doing the exercises daily hard but even regularly was enough!). I would definitely go back at the first sign of any trouble.

SV sports therapy are fantastic, I’ve used them now for around 5 years. I recently had a deep tissue on my legs in preparation for my first bodybuilding competition. Magdalena Was my therapist, and knew exactly how to treat me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs treatment. On a side note, I won 1st place in first timers, and 2nd in the Madters over 45’s NABBA bodybuilding comp on 19ty May. 💪🏻🥇🥈

I first visited SV Sports Therapy with a knee injury whilst training for the Marathon. After treatment and exercises to do at home my knee quickly healed.
I carried on visiting Sophie for regular massages, pre and post Marathon.
Not only did I receive 5 star treatment, Sophie also gave me fantastic advice on how to get me through my marathon training. The absolute best in the business. 100% professional, kind and friendly service & I would recommend

Amazing post race massage, my back was in pieces before Sophie got to work. Highly recommend SV
