Leanne was incredibly professional throughout my laser hair removal treatment. I was quite nervous beforehand, but she immediately put me at ease with her friendly and reassuring manner. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the whole experience was much better than I expected. I would highly recommend her.
