Great service and a superb product. Long lasting, this purchase was my third the previous two lasted a total of eighteen years. Most important is the ease of operation by my cat who is safe from unwelcome intruders.

Seit 16 Jahren haben wir die kleiner Version dieser Klappe im Haus verbaut und sie funktioniert immer noch.

Der Austausch erfolgt nur, da unser Kater mit 16 Jahren an Arthrose leidet und schlecht durch die kleine Klappe kam.

Also alte Klappe ausgebaut, den größeren Ausschnitt mit der Oberfräse angepasst und die neue eingebaut-

Läuft alles wie gewohnt, die Katzen haben sich schnell an die neue Klappe gewöhnt und der alte Kater kommt viel besser durch die Klappe

The customer service from Sure Petcare has been outstanding after we bought a SureFlap Connect to record the comings and goings of our 2 cats.

We initially had an issue with our very clever Maine Coon cat learning how to paw the flap open, even when it was locked to 'in only'. I asked for advice from Sure Petcare, and they immediately sent an adjusted catflap door to prevent this.
Probably due to the above amendment, the flap then wasn't recording the cats leaving the house (just when they came in). Again, I asked for some advice, and after trying a couple of resets, the customer service department just sent me a whole new cat flap - which works perfectly.

I couldn't be happier with the product, and the customer service has been a joy to experience.

Super Katzenklappe, war eine gute Empfehlung. Allerdings hat die empfohlene Batterie doch eher nicht sooo sehr lange gehalten, wie erwartet. Aber die Transpondernummern einspeichern war problemlos. Und selbst die Katzen haben es schneller kapiert, als ich ihnen zugetraut habe

Great product, even better customer service

Los comederos son maravillosos y funcionan a la perfección. Mis gatitos se han adaptado a ellos perfectamente. Ademas, a las 2 semanas uno de los dispositivos empezó a no funcionar bien. Nos pusimos en contacto y nos han reemplazado el comedero sin clste alguno y respondiéndonos inmediatamente al abrir la incidencia. Muy buen servicio al cliente.

Customer care is always brilliant with this company. I've trouble shooted various problems over the years and there is always someone patient on the phone to guide you through. They send out relacement parts and test kits promptly when needed and understand how crucial it all is to family life, I recently I had problems with a catflap in a glass door and Phillip could not have been more helpful. The problem is currently resolved and fingers all crossed, but its reassuring to know I can contact them again whenever I need to.

Wir hatten Probleme mit unserer Katzenklappe. Nach kurzer Anfrage per Mail würde uns erst eine neue Plastikklappe geschickt und als das Problem danach noch nicht behoben war ganz einfach eine neue Klappe. Auch der telefonische Kundendienst war gut zu erreichen, freundlich und hilfreich.
Wir sind zufrieden.

Nous avons eu un souci avec notre chatière, son fonctionnement vidait les piles en une semaine.
Nous avons pris contact avec Sure Petcare ,ils nous ont aidés à faire plusieurs petites démarches sur la chatière sans résultat.
Ils nous ont renvoyé une nouvelle chatière .
Mon chat vit sa vie tranquille, maintenant ça fait six mois et nous n'avons toujours pas changé les piles.

Telephone support was excellent. Plus ordered a new flap, delivered quickly with full instructions. Impressive customer service all round.

We were having problems with the cat flap and I sent an enquiry by email, I received great support and advice including you tube videos and instructions of how to reset and repair the device. Really straightforward to follow and solved the issue. Highly recommend this company and after care customer service they provide is exceptional. Thank you.

Great customer support. I had a problem with my Microchip Cat Flap Connect door mechanism, after 3 years of using it which meant it would no longer lock. Margaux from support responded to my enquiry and within hours has rectified my issue. All I needed was to share some pictures of the problem I had.
