Bei unserem Futterautomaten hat die Chiperkennung nicht mehr funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir haben nach dem Zusenden eines Videos sofort eine Ersatzlieferung bekommen.

Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with a 2 year old battery catflap and they replaced it. Very easily and quickly. Cat flap works really well.

Ruim 3 jaar geleden de sureflap microchip kattenluik gekocht en dat ging al die jaren prima. Tot enkele maanden geleden bleek er opeens een vreemde kat het eten van onze poezen op te peuzelen ! Iedere dag opnieuw. Balen. Contact opgenomen met sureflap. Resetten hielp helaas niet. Ondanks dat de garantie net verlopen was, kregen we toch een gloednieuwe dualscan microship Cat Flap geleverd. En de inbreker heeft zich niet meer laten zien. Geweldige service !

I reached out to Sure Petcare with no expectations of a resolution fully expecting to need to replace the catflap myself however the team got back to my email so quickly instantly to the point and by email number 2 a new catflap was on its way to myself at no cost - I appreciate the pace and urgency that this was resolved for me and will certainly be a longstanding customer and recommend Sure Petcate products to all friends and family, thank you so much!

Firstly, I was able to speak to a human, very rare these days. Their support continued via email, responses were always prompt. My problem was resolved by me receiving a replacement part FOC. Very good service. I wish dealing with other companies on support issues was as easy as this.

10yr old microchip pet door had not been used for 5 yrs, when we acquired a new cat and found the door to be faulty. Contacted SURE, anticipating the advice to purchase a new door, but their speedy response & advice/guidance to clean it of all the insect & spider debris, accompanied by pictorial instructions for dismantling was excellent. Unfortunately it needed more than a simple clean & when I told them the problem & symptoms, the response was above & beyond. Within 2 days they sent a complete new "motor cartridge" & another set of instructions for fitting, all free of charge with free delivery & even sent advice on disposal of the old part. Cannot fault their service - an example to many others.

In the twelve plus years we’ve been using Sure Petcare catflaps I can’t fault their customer service. Whenever we’ve had an issue they’ve dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

Mijn microchip voerbak was defect gegaan. Mail gestuurd met een video van het defect & meteen goed geholpen en een nieuwe ontvangen, super!!

I had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Prompt response. Detailed instructions. Felt like they really wanted to resolve the problem with my cat flap as quickly as possible.

I had a lot of help on the phone, I should know by now how to reset the feeders after they’ve been looked after by other people but keep forgetting. I also had one that I came back to with a lid that refused to shut completely. As I’ve just found out that two of my cats have early CKD it is vital to have them working so I know how much and what they’ve all eaten. I contacted Sure pet care after my cat flap started to drain the batteries. I had a video call and advise on what to do but despite my efforts they will replace the flap as it is still under warranty. Excellent service highly recommended.

Astonishing customer service in this day and age. My microchip cat flap had a problem with the opening mechanism, and they not only responded properly to my email (by a human, and asking relevant questions that were not about shirking responsibility but actually identifying the problem) but also replaced the whole unit without quibble within days when it became clear that it would not be possible to reliably ship individual parts to my part of the world (South Africa).

Also, just to mention that this is my second cat flap - the first one that i bought more than 3 years ago is still working perfectly, leading to a different part of the garden.

Cannot recommend these products enough.

Wir nutzen die Katzenklappe und die dazugehörige App inzwischen schon seit 5 Jahren. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und an dieser Stelle muss einfach mal der Support gelobt werden. Wir hatten jetzt ein Problem mit der App und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung bekommen ohne vorher erst zig FAQs durchlesen zu müssen...

Sure petcare microchip cat flap does what it says...allows our cat to come and go as we wish and helps keep other pets out.

My sureflap catflap stopped working with the warranty period.
Sureflap customer service were very efficient, provided clear instructions for testing and then sent out a replacement flap by next day courier.
I'd give sure petcare 5* for their customer service, but my cat still hasn't forgiven me for getting stuck outside in the rain when the flap failed so only 4*.

I've had Cat Flap Connect for a few years now and it worked flawlessly until a couple of months ago. I rang Sure Petcare, we went through a few things to fix it and I received an email with more suggestions. That seemed to work until a few days ago.

I emailed to say that the problem had come back and to provide some photos and proof of purchase. Sure Petcare sent me a replacement the next day and I'm pleased to report that it's now installed and working perfectly. Thanks!

Mein Feeder hatte innerhalb der Garantiezeit ein Problem mit dem Motor. Nachdem ich ein Video vom Problem geschickt hatte wurde mir umgehend ein neuer Feeder zugeschickt. Sehr guter Kundenservice. Vom ersten Mail bis zum Paket in meiner Hand hat es gerade mal 3 Tage gedauert.
