US/Canada service from Supernote regarding their newest product - it was a bit inconsistent but eventually their customer service team was responsive and dealt with my issues.
The product was not a match for me, although it has many strong points. The pad was unable to transcribe my handwriting - hopefully they will develop an AI that will have you write sample text and then do the transcription. My handwriting is very consistent.

They do have the ability to track your usage and verify the information you give them. I was honest and direct, and they issued my refund - after quite a bit of back and forth, but when they did agree, it was immediate afterwards.

I ordered the Normad pad and it broke within the first week, without any forces. The return process was very lengthy. While the team responded immediately at the beginning, but answers thereafter were almost none existent. I had to keep on writing via their webpage. Now it’s back with them and there is still zero update despite several chases. It’s really disappointing.

ITs a nice device but the impossibility to import pdf directly from email is irritating. Its better to print.

The Supernote A5 X2 Manta is, without a doubt, top-tier among digital notebooks. A colleague of mine owns the Remarkable 2, and I was fortunate enough to try it out for a while. After comparing the two, I can confidently say that the Supernote offers a superior writing experience.

My first e-ink tablet did not disappoint. Really like the direction the company is going with an open-source-esc approach (swappable battery, extensions, free to use db, etc). Reminds me of how tech used to be and really love it.

Best eink writing experience you can get. Add a fountain pen option for writing and golden.

Purchased one of the e-pads and received an email that it had shipped on the 21st and to click on the tracking number, its 12/27 now and nothing has moved, with the carrier stating they are still waiting on the item. I have tried for 2 days to get a hold of someone unsuccessfully. Their online chat does not reply and their phone number tells you that they are not available. What kind of company is this? Hopefully this review will get someone's attention at their company and I can get answers to what is going on.

Did a lot of research for the right one - I did not need the hubbub of an ipad; I just wanted to read, take notes on the books, and write notes. This fits the bill all the way. The feel is really cool!

I really love the transparency of what they are working on in terms of improving the product! It's nice to see a company have the relationship with their consumers and it's a breath of fresh air!

glitches may happen, but email them and soon enough, those are usually worked out and improved!

I had a problem with my pen and sent an email this morning. I had a reply 20 minutes later. When the problem could not be solved, with some good advice how to possibly do that, a new pen was dispatched just after midday. Salomé is an absolute star.

Had a faulty device but they replaced it without question.
