Spent over $1,000 for the iflytek ainote2, just to take and digitize notes. I can't use it at all. In trying to set up an account it is supposed to send an email verification code. After countless attempts, I haven't received a single code. Without the ability to connect the device, it's of absolutely no use as the entire purpose to to digitize my notes to enable me to transfer them to my other devices to then work with them, store them, etc. There is no live support and I'm not receiving any answers from the support submission page or from having emailed their support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Customer service horrible - I have returned my tablet one day after I received it as its screen did not properly responded to touches; they promised a money back guarantee, i sent it by signed delivery to the address they gave me; and now... 1 month later i have not received a refund; they do not have a chat or phone number; there is only email; they respond to emails within 2 weeks and keep saying it is processing.. no money back

I recently purchased the AINOTE2 as part of a Kickstarter campaign, along with a supposedly BUNDLED keyboard case. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing so far. While I understand that crowdfunding projects can sometimes face delays, I was disappointed that the keyboard case did not ship with the device and has not arrived yet (19 days later). I noticed that it's available for purchase on their website, which raises some questions about the communication regarding its availability.

Additionally, I’ve found that the device isn't particularly accommodating for left-handed users. Unlike other e-ink devices that offer left-handed support and palm rejection, this device lacks those features, leading to inadvertent menu openings while writing. This has made the overall writing experience unfeasible.
For most e-ink devices a key selling point is whether writing experience is paper-like or not. Writing with the provided proprietary stylus feels scratchy and less responsive than that of other e-ink devices I have purchased.

Another aspect that could use improvement is the placement of the buttons on the stylus. They are located near the grip area, which can inadvertently cause menu changes while writing, further disrupting the writing performance. The optical character recognition (OCR) also seems to be lacking, making me wonder if the device is intended for voice recording and transcription rather than note-taking.

I've reached out to iFLYTEK multiple times via email to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA), but I haven't received a response. I believe better communication and support from the company would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

Students have a lot of notes, and it is very convenient to organize them with AIRNOTE2. It can also be used for reading at night. The screen brightness is just right, neither too bright nor too dark. The texture of the screen is also very good and it's very comfortable to write.

I am so impressed with the device. I cannot work without it now, even though if I could, I would increase the screen size, improve the device's attachment to the cover, and add highlights and/or ink colors to the options.

Purchased the iFLYTEK Smart Recorder about 3 weeks ago.

I have asked for the invoice on many times but iFLYTEK just ignored the email request for an invoice.

One of the worst customer support.

This has been a game change for me. It easy to use and feels like a notebook .

Can’t give it zero. Read negative reviews and ignore the positive ones, I don’t think positive one’s are from the UK or US aka fake. You’ll be buying a brick, overpriced notepad. If you have an iPad get paperlike screen and chat gpt and you have everything this tablet promises but can’t give you. It’s for Chinese market and Chinese cloud no certification for kindle or apps just fancy icons that lead nowhere.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a tablet from them with express shipping. Multiple days go by and no tracking number, so I contact them and nothing, contact them again and they finally respond days later and say that they cannot ship it to my location. They then refused to refund me and said I need to provide a different shipping address. 100% a scam.

I've been using this tablet for a few months and really like it. I've become dependent on it for all of my meetings and note taking. It's been a real game changer for me in how I organize and keep track of things. I mainly use it for recordings, notes and ChatGPT summaries (I haven't used the calendar much).

They are useless in responding to customers. Few email were written to their customer service with the given email address but not even one response. Do not believe them.

The iflytek ai note 2 is a game changer for me. I love taking notes and making to do lists but I always find Im mixing topics page by page and then im either starting a new note book or losing my thoughts! I looked at other similar note taking products for the the price point and the extras iFly Tek offered, i had to try it. This thing keeps me on track and I carry it everywhere... A huge bonus is the recording and transcribing feature. I can record a meeting and have the AI aspect generate a minutes summary that can be exported or shared from the device.
I only docked a star because it doesn't always get my handwriting correct in the text transcribe...(but thats not a big deal for me) And id love it even more if i was able to take that summary it generated and allow me to save it as a note to an individual file/notebook within the device. Im hoping they will figure something out on an update for that.
I havent used it as a reader yet but the document scan is a nice feature as well to mark up or annotate from there.

All in all, for what i need it exceeds my expectations and had made my life way more organized.

I bought the Air 2 and the recording and transcription functions worked fine, but I was unable to transfer/upload the files. Tech support was incredible, and helped me figure out the problem. I am very happy I bought this device and expect it will help me organizing meeting notes in future.

I have had the Iflytek AI Note Air 2 for a month now and it has become a very useful tool that I use daily.

I use it both professionally to record meeting minutes and personally for classes that keep me current on my HR certification. The transcription is not perfect, however it gets 95% right (I have only used it in English) and it is very helpful to be able to tag my notes to the speaker.

I am also really loving the calendar and task features. I can use the circle task and focus star elements when taking notes without having to switch back and forth between notes and task lists, and it seamlessly syncs with my Google calendar. The portable size means I always have everything I need with me.

Writing feel is great (very much like the reMarkable 2 in my opinion). I have tried it with a variety of other EMR stylus options which all work with the tablet. My favorite is the LAMY EMR pen and even the button works, so that's a plus for me.

Since this is a new device, I am hoping Iflytek keeps up with software updates to continue to add features, but even out of the box it has helped my workflow for the month I have had it.

I shipped my product back via UPS over 3 weeks ago and they are unresponsive and won't issue a refund. I've emailed customer support about 5 times in the last 10 days.

The noise cancellation is a standout feature for a recorder. It filters out background noise, I have used it to record the voice in busy cafes and it works!!!

This recorder does not work well as a plain recorder. I cannot even hear the audio that was recorded with the volume turned to max. Secondly, it seems to have compatibility issues with more PCs than just Macs. At least with Macs, they provided a workaround. For a PC that it is incompatible with, you're just stuck. Therefore, I can't hear the audio that was recorded from the recorder itself. I also can't upload it to my computer to try to hear it. Lastly, the transcription is just as unusable as the rest of it. There is a no return policy. I'm just out $200.

I got this recorder in hopes of making my life easier as a medical student but unfortunately I found it is terrible at transcribing notes and even worse as a voice recorder. In lecture mode it wasn't able to pick up anything from 4 feet away in a 250 square foot office. I am going to ask for refund, but under their refund policy it says it has to be unused which is unfair because how else could I test if its useful to me or not?

I bought an iFlytek Recorder Pro for $400 on Shopee, hoping for smart transcription features. Unfortunately, it seems iFlytek released this product prematurely, and its transcription accuracy is terrible. When I asked for a refund within Shopee’s 14-day return period, they claimed I hadn’t provided enough proof of the issues. Shouldn’t e-commerce platforms ensure the quality of products they sell?

Here are some of the transcription errors:

• “Tornadoes” > “Video”
• “Inadequate” > “Active”
• “Government” > “Family”

Device is fine. Shipping was fine. The use and offloading of the recordings is bad. I do not know why each recording gets it own subfolder. Or subfolder per day. The title of the recording already says what day it was made. All of the subfolders means that I have to hunt and cut and paste through all of the subfolders if I am going to use the device. I use it for dictation and make 20-40 recordings per day. This is almost unusable as a result. Having the option of just one folder for all of the files would make offloading/transfering simple. For me, this is a necessary option.

Also, transcriptions into word files can be slow to process. Most of what I do would be better if we had the option to save as .txt files, or even .rtf.
