Booking our cruise with Sunway was made easy by speaking with Alice, the very helpful agent, who could tell me what was available on my chosen dates of travel and explained the different options that were available on the cruises. Alice could answer all my questions and I feel confident that if I need any further advice, Alice will be on the other end of a telephone line to help.

Clear and efficient

I booked my holiday online and immediately I got confirmation email and then I received an email with discount code for parking at the airport (wasnt expecting this at all)and follow up emails on all the details I need for the holiday - visas etc. So far it has been a very good experience
