A brilliant company. Kept me informed all the way through to it being delivery. The sauna is amazing. Does exactly what it should do. I love that I can connect my phone through Bluetooth and listens to music whilst enjoying the sauna. I would highly recommend this company and their saunas 👍

Good communication and efficient delivery service.

Great customer service keeping us informed at all stages.

Once I made up mind that the Sun Stream Sauna was the unit that I wanted the purchase process was simple and fast. The delivery of the unit to my remote area of Sicily was delivered as originally promised.

La sauna fantástica
Me gusta mucho más que la sauna con vapor
El trato muy bueno . Cercanos y amables en todo momento

All questions raised by me were answered in short notice and accurate. I am very happy with the Sauna.

Ordered an Evolve Mini sauna from Sun Stream, and from the very first contact to aftersales questions the Customer Service from Russell and David has been absolutely superb. I even get replies to my questions after hours and at weekends - If I could award 6 stars I would. As for the sauna itself, it arrived well packaged and protected and took me about an hour to assemble. Its easy, it just slots together and you push some pugs into the board. It is beautifully made and finished and the smell of the wood is fantastic. Warming up takes about less than 10 minutes and then you are good to go. Included with the sauna were accessories that I didn't know I would get - which was a nice surprise. A sauna hat - looks ridiculous but it works, small aromatherapy glass, cup/water holder, an exfoliation brush, and a large towel. This product is more expensive than other 1 person FIR saunas on the market - but I did a lot of research and this model and company stood ahead of the rest - plus the lifetime warrantee for indoor residential use swung it for me.

We invested in a healthy treat for our self-catering unit the Rustic Barn at Sound of Durnamuck in the Highlands and our guests are all over the moon about the effect!
Super quality, beautiful finish, easy use and maintenance, in other words, highly recommended.

This is an excellent company to do business with.

They have a brilliant product, reasonably priced.

The information and guidance about all aspects of Far Infrared saunas was accessible, comprehensible and very helpful.

Great people - couldn't have asked for more.

Great product and a rare commodity these days - first rate customer service.

The personal attention and support was really great. It took some time for the sauna to arrive but I was kept informed all the way.
The sauna itself is fantastic - amazing quality, easy to assemble. brilliant functionality and features and I know the people at Sunstream are there to provide support at any time. Highly recommend this company and product

Good sauna, well made, non toxic materials, low EMF, easy to mount, good communication and good service. What else ?
