Sun Stream Saunas UK Ltd Arvostelua

The staff is professional, they quickly answer questions with detailed explanations. You can see that they care about the customer. We are very satisfied with the sauna, you can see the exceptional quality and attention to every detail outside and inside.

Great service . Even had a reply from my email on a bank holiday. Extremely helpful. Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery as it was out of stock but kept up to date on delivery. The sauna is amazing . It heats up very quickly and I actually sweat which I have found very difficult in traditional saunas.
Fitting was straightforward with very comprehensive instructions. Just be aware when carrying in the side panels that the glass decorative strips are not held in place once the packaging is removed and one of ours fell out and smashed. The company offered to replace it but it was on the side next to the wall so it can’t be seen anyway.
I did a lot of research before buying this and I couldn’t be happier with my sauna. Been in nearly every night , love it !

Fantastic communication, sensible and honest advice, a great product and, not being much of a person who sweats in a sauna, a great product both in terms of looks and functionality.

David was exceptional from start to finish. His pleasant manner, his customer care and support were just amazing.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering getting a sauna. I cannot imagine getting better customer service.

From ordering to delivery and everything in betwixt. The service was exceptional. Well done! I would recommend this company for that alone. The fact that my new sauna is awesome!! Great quality. With a lifetime guarantee... What! Buy one. Buy one now. Your worth it. X

Very pleased with the purchase of our Sun Stream infrared sauna. It is a well constructed quality product. The Evolve 10 model fits perfectly in the small space that we had available. Assembly is straightforward as per included instructions and online video. Although some of the wall panels are quite heavy, my husband and I put it together with no great difficulty. The whole process of unpacking, carrying the panels to an upstairs room and assembly took just over one hour. We are delighted with our purchase and now enjoying the benefits of the infrared sauna.

Had my Sun Stream Evolve 20 sauna for just over a year now and I'm very happy with it and the service from Sun Stream Saunas.
Prior to purchasing it I read lots of reviews and watched plenty of online video reviews about the various sauna types and models.
The Evolve 20 isn't the cheapest 2 person sauna available but it also isn't anywhere near as expensive as some other saunas I considered.
I like the look of it and how easy it is to use. Another positive point is that it only needs a standard socket to plug into rather than requiring a separate mains supply. I've already recommended it to others that expressed an interest in purchasing a home sauna.

This Sun Stream Sauna is well made, the technology works perfectly and the sauna experience is simply unbeatable!!

Absolutely in love with my sun stream sauna that was a correct pick cannot be happier highly recommended

When I moved from USA to Europe I was looking for an alternative to a hot tub I had used for years. Not having the room I looked for an alternative and after much research I discovered Sun Stream Saunas. After a couple of emails back and fourth. I placed an order knowing that they were waiting for new stock to arrive. When the new stock arrived at the warehouse, I promptly paid the balance and my Sauna was shipped and arrived 7 days later. Service from my initial inquiry through install and use has been spot on. I highly recommend their product.

Great Sauna + value for money. Quick delivery and was easy to put together.

Best infra-red sauna on the market!

Sun Stream was great to deal with, my sauna arrived only after a week and was very easy to out together.

Myself and my wife are now using the sauna all the time, which is great to clear the head after a poor night's sleep with 2 small boys :) Finally, I can't believe the level of sweating I get after a 20 min session. Highly recommended!

Customer service is outstanding. They kept us fully informed of the delivery status and the sauna (Evolve 10) was delivered on the scheduled date. Russell went above and beyond to get it shipped to Ireland without any fuss to us. Assembly instructions were clear and it took about an hour to assemble, with the main difficutly being caused by a slightly uneven floor. The sauna looks superb and has been working almost ever day for the last 6 months without any issues whatsoever. Highly recommended

Very friendly, responsive and attentive customer service.
Helpful in discussing which sauna to buy, comparisons and benefits.
Prompt careful delivery.

Fabulous product: extremely well made, high quality materials, the IR panels all round heat up very quickly and very efficient; the electricity useage / cost is barely noticeable on monthly bill.

A very good product with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Best Sauna, created with a good motivation, good communication with the retail team, well constructed, easy to set up, a joy to use.

Customer service was excellent and the sauna is high quality and built to last; very pleased.

Very clear advice from the outset. Delivery on time and easier to assemble than expected. The sauna itself is brilliant.

Do not hesitate to deal with this company. They are very professionel, very informative during the proces, and deliver a nice and funktionel product as well.

Great product with excellent customer service.
Had a small issue with the sauna but it was repaired promptly. Great company.

With a science degree background I was able to quickly sort the wheat from the chaff amongst the main players in the infrared sauna market, where marketing hype and pseudo scientific nonsense is regrettably prolific. I chose SunStream Saunas because of their scientific/medical integrity and honesty from their directors Russell Hatcher (AUS/NZ) and David Egenes (UK). I also followed up a non-affiliate UK user Nick Gurmin who gave me three hours of his time at his home where I could see his own installation up close. I bought an Evolve 10 single user sauna on 29 November '23 and installed it in my upstairs study in around 90 minutes start to finish with the help of one of my sons. It's definitely a 2-man job due to the size and weight of the panels but quite simple to install with excellent written instructions (please take note IKEA...). As of today, 26 February '24, I have so far enjoyed 50 separate sauna sessions (35 minutes at 55C @100% suits me fine) and it's been a revelation in how my various aches, pains and night cramps have disappeared. I can therefore highly recommend SunStream Saunas - a superb product with completely ethical back up.
