I like the jeans, good quality material, the zips are a bit sticky, not sure how long they will last but l’m content at present

I loved the jacket , fits well I went a size up than I usually have and it was spot on . Fast delivery . I don’t know why people give sulfit a one star , it’s very good gear for not a lot of money and it also washes very well , non of this half its size after a wash with a lot of clothes companies !!

Ordered something that didn’t suit me so I sent the item back. I received a gift voucher via email and then asked for a full refund. The item was already discounted(sale) when I applied my further 10% off as a new customer and apparently can’t get a full refund due to the item being over 25% off at check out. Wouldn’t deal with them again, can’t see them being around long if they treat customers like this.

Make sure you read their terms and conditions before purchasing anything. I bought a sale item only to find out they don't offer a refund!!! Absolutle shit if you ask me. I contacted them and said I was unaware and it was way below the 14 day mark but they only offered a credit note as i hadnt read their T&C's. I ended up buying a random piece of clothing and then selling it to get half my money back. Ridiculous

Beware. This company are breaking UK trading laws by not offering full refunds within 14 days of returns.

If you've been denied a refund in the UK, contact Citizens Advice and raise a complaint against them.

And don't shop with them.

Update:

The reply from Sulfit is false. The goods were returned within the time permitted under UK trading law and was within 14 days. You can see the lie quite clearly on the terms and conditions page on their website where it states returns will be given a credit, not a full refund. This is just gaslighting.

As I've said, avoid this company and look for one that isn't breaking UK trading laws.

Really good service, I had messaged asking for some advice and didn’t expect to get a reply but I did and was really helpful which in turn allowed me to buy the trousers for the right size that fitted me. Postage was quick which is always a bonus. I’d seen a lot of reviews saying how good the trousers were and all I can say is the reviews are bang on, they fit perfectly. Not to loose, not to tight, they are just stretchy enough to be perfect for me. Good quality, nice colour and I’ll be definitely returning to buy the other 2 colours. Thanks again for a great service overall.

This place never answers/reply to emails , this order was delivered somewhere else and after sending severals emails I never got a answer , I waited more than a week for my package and after it says it was delivered I still don’t have it , told them on a email to contact the delivery company to ask them where they dropped the packages and no response from Sulfit clothing
