First time ordering from Sulfit, and I couldn't be happier! Delivery was incredibly fast, and the fit of the shorts is absolutely perfect.
I reached out to Sulfit for advice on sizing, and their quick response and guidance were exceptional. The quality of the shorts is excellent, they look smart and the material is really comfortable.
I'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Products have a strong horrible smell
I have bought a few things from here before and it’s a bit hit and miss. Recently bought some trainers and they absolutely stink of some sort of chemicals. So bad I literally can’t keep them in the house. They have been outside for 48 hours and the smell is still too bad. I would return them back but have found the returns process frustrating previously. Also bought t shirts and have had to wash 2-3 times before the smell completely went

After reviewing the shipment, the delay occurred because the delivery address provided at checkout did not include a house number, meaning the carrier was unable to successfully deliver the parcel within the expected timeframe. To help ensure successful delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
We appreciate that this was frustrating and understand your disappointment. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Refusing to refund despite proof of return. Avoid.
I returned several jeans which didn't fit. I have proof of delivery from Royal Mail with the package sitting in the reception are of their building. I have a photo confirming from the post man.
This company say its still not returned and are refusing to refund me despite all the evidence.
They have a terrible set up where returns can end up in a communal reception area and that's meant to be my fault...
Avoid this company.

Poor overall experience— no free returns and service doesn’t match competitors.
The fabric is amazing, but the fit is not for athletic men, these will only fit extremely thin men, with smaller legs, glutes, hamstrings etc.

The quality in every product is unreal you can tell the owner really cares about the quality of their products. The trainers are really comfortable and look and feel amazing. The Jeans and joggers are so stretchy and comfortable and fit amazing. You will not be disappointed 10/10!

Excellent Jeans
I’ve been buying Sulfit jeans for several years. The fit, styling and range of colours is excellent.
Only ever had one issue, which was a a 34S pair being wrongly labelled as 34R, but I was promptly contacted and a replacement pair has been sent out to me free of charge.
I won’t hesitate to order from Sulfit again in future.

Order a few different sizes of the same jeans. Ask for a refund on the jeans that didn’t fit. Sent back in time. Tried sending me an email to ask if I wanted a different size, even though I stated in the returns that I’d kept the size I wanted. Basically trying to delay the refund. Emailed back and forth with a lady called Lauren. Absolutely zero help. Ended up saying I had to get a gift card. So now I’m stuck with gift card for £128 for a shop I don’t want to shop at!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF ARTISTS

Good fit but poor customer service.
Positives - nice fit jeans, very comfortable. Nice colours.
Negatives - poor customer support. I ordered three pairs and these jeans are not cheap Primark jeans so Id expect a level of quality and support.
One of my three pairs absolute stank and the other pair had white marks on them, which i sent pictures of. I have to be the one to go to the post office to send these back to get a replacement though.
The pockets on these jeans look badly stitched too which you wouldn't expect on "premium cost" jeans.
all in all 2/5. If customer service was better then it would be 4/5.

As discussed with our customer service team, we provided a prepaid return label the same day so the items could be returned to us at no cost to yourself, and replacement items were dispatched promptly once the return was arranged.

Bought 3 pairs and they fit really well and are so comfy. The quality is also really good and go well with most tops I wear.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Spent in excess of £210 on bundles. Each item was a different length and wash. Couldn’t return for a refund due to hidden T&Cs. Josh cannot be trusted, has email proof he would amend the returns policy for bundles, two months later no change. Purchase at your own risk.

Amazing brand
Amazing brand. Finally found a clothing brand where jeans and trousers fit properly and are good quality. The trainers are also highly recommended.

Do not purchase from this brand
Purchase at your own risk. They are located in the UK. Up charge on Shipping, then if the jeans do not fit you have 14 days to return. I attempted to return 11 days into the policy, the cost to ship back to the UK was $80 USD (75% of the cost of the original purchase).
There is zero customer service, has not responded to any emails. The jeans run small, and the washes are not as advertised.
Speaking of advertising, they heavily promote themselves on Instagram and false advertise.
Again, no customer service and terrible return policy.

Jeans are really nice and comfortable
Jeans are really nice and comfortable. Good value for money too. The only downsides are :- having bought a few different pairs that are all the same size in different colours, the sizings in the black and dark blue are baggier and longer in the leg
