Received my order in a timely manner. However, When I received the shoes, I noticed it had clear foot pads on the bottom of the shoes which I assume were from a prior customer. More importantly, I initiated the returns process a week ago and I STILL have not received my returns label. I emailed the 2 customer service emails TWICE and I still have not received a response. I only have like 6 more days to return the item before the 14 day return policy is elasped. I am super frustrated that I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

UPDATE: I don't understand how they reply here promptly but won't reply to the 2 emails I sent. Additionally I got the approval to return but not the actual shipping label so their comment here is a blatant lie.

After the second extremely bad experience I decided to write this review to warn people for the malicious way of working from this shop.
The marketing machine works pretty well with the enormous amount of promotion e-mail etc. but if you need to rerun an item from an online purchase you better watch out!
The first time I have returned a few items out of my order and they claimed that I damaged one of the items. Due to the damage they didn’t want to take the item back and I did not get any refund. For the record, this item arrived already with this damage and therefore I returned it.

After some time I decided to give them a second chance and placed another order. Also from this order I had to return some wrong size items.
After some time I received the return and refund confirmation but I was shocked when I saw there were 2 items not refunded which I did included in the returns box. After questioning the support agent she told me that they made a mistake by not refunding one of the 2 missing items. They claim the other never arrived and therefore I don’t get a refund.

Believe me, I do a lot of online shopping and I know exactly which items I send back and what the status is of those items. In short (please read also the other reviews about this shop) this is a very very suspicious retailer which is simply out to steal your money.

I have tried multiple times to contact them and to come to a solution but the only thing they do is calling you a liar. This is not what you may expect from a shop who sells premium segment clothing.

Be very carefully to buy from them and I strongly advise to find another shop and save yourself some frustration an disappointments.

Not happy with the customer service and RETURN POLICY!!!!!

It was my first time shopping at Suitnegozi, and I was very pleased of the brand selection, price, and the shipping. Everything was so easy, and I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely shop with them again.

I got the email from Suitnegozi explained about the quality of the bag, they said every bag is unique, I can take bag to authenticate. I admit I should not make the comment about the authenticity of the bag without authenticate, that’s why I’m deleting the review. And change from 1 star to 3, I gave 3 star because in the email, I’m informed that I should delete comment to avoid ‘incurring unpleasant legal proceedings due to the accusations you made against us.’ Personally speaking, I really don’t feel comfort about the email. If I’m wrong of course I will admit and change my comment like now, I’m seeing the spot as a defect but you tell me it’s unique, ok I just comfort myself that’s my own choice, I chose to purchase online without seeing the bag, in the future I’ll just avoid buying luxury brand online, but I’m informed I’ll get unpleasant LEAGAL PROCEEDING due to my review, only because I’m not satisfied with this unique bag? Or because i see the spot as a defect but actually it’s unique? If I didn’t make the comment here I won’t get an email explaining that they communicated with Fendi quality control and every bag is unique. I accept the explain, I believe the bag’s real, it’s my fault I shouldn’t buy expensive bag online without seeing the bag. I still don’t like the quality of the bag, even though I’m told that’s normal every bag’s unique. If I step into a Fendi store and see this bag I won’t buy it. I hope this review won’t get me into unpleasant legal proceeding. I believe I have the right to comment your service and the shopping experience.

First time ordering from suit negozi and I can say i had a very good experience. Staff was very helpful and quick to reply email when I have questions. My item was shipped very soon and got it a week after. I love my valentino bag. Definitely will order again from this company.

Customer service is horrible. I inquired via email (which is the only method of communication!) about returning a bag that had a residue mark on it. The representative who responded stated that the designer uses raw and natural materials so the mark was not "defective or a residue mark". I provided pictures of the mark to confirm what it looked like. I never received a response. You only have 14 days to return an item and if you do return an item you are responsible for shipping and customs fees (estimated at about 30% of the purchase price). If the designer bag I purchased came with a mark or stain on it, I should not be responsible for those fees. I will NEVER purchase from this site again! Very bad experience.

Oggi acquistare on line è un problema, perchè molte aziende di abbigliamento non seguono le taglie standard. Ho acquistato questo inverno 2023 una maglia di misura L di Etro, in un negozio diverso, e ho dovuto rimandarla indietro perchè oversize e ovviamente ho dovuto rimetterci 10 euro di spedizione. Ho visto sul sito di Suit un altro modello di maglione e ho chiesto le misure per e mail. Non sono mai arrivate. Eppure anche questo negozio chiede che il cliente paghi le spese di reso, ma un cliente che fa acquisti on line oggi ha bisogno della collaborazione del negozio, assolutamente. Capiranno i gestori delle boutique on line (e che si atteggiano a negozi di classe) che devono indicare le misure dei prodotti onde evitare inutili esborsi da parte dei clienti? Speriamo.

Do not ever buy from this retailer.

I purchased a coat and received it on February 9. This coat has waist belt and the prong of the belt was missing. I requested return immediately. It's been 7 days and I haven't received any response yet. Honestly, if they did check their item before shipping as they say, they couldn't have missed it or which means that they knew the coat had defects but sent it to me anyway and now ignoring my return request and email on purpose.
I pressume they think that international buyer would not dare to take legal actions against them but I am international CPA who works for Deloitte and international litigation is one of the things I do for living.

What a joke!
