I'm really sorry your Sugru got stuck at customs for additional fees - I realise this must have come as a surprise as you initially paid tax on your order, however, all of our EU orders are shipped from England at the moment though we are in the final stages of opening a warehouse in the Netherlands VERY soon so there won't be any future charges for EU to EU orders.
On this occasion, could you send an email to Hello@Sugru.com so the team can look into making sure you're reimbursed for this additional cost?

Leider werden Artikel immer noch aus London versendet und es fallen entsprechend Zoll- und Bearbeitungsgebühren an; es gibt dazu keinen Hinweis auf der Homepage und beim Bestellungsvorgang. Zudem betrug die Lieferzeit fast vier Wochen, versprochen werden 3-7 Werktage .......

Sugru is great and what I made lasts really long, but........
the Sugru I ordered two years ago is no longer useable, it dries in the package and comes out unmoldable. So we have to throw away sugru for an amount of 15 euro.
So, it's great, but use it immediately

An old friend, Sugru
I've been using Sugru for years now. Great stuff, if a tad on the pricey side. My guess is that they'd make more money by lowering the price, getting more people to buy.
But that's the business side of the equation. The product side is quite wonderful, and just having gets creative juices going.

I’m only writing this review to express my frustration at the endless emails I’ve been sent since ordering a Sugru pack. Sometimes there are useful hints & tips - thanks, but I could easily look those up online when I need them - but the rest is just noise: cross-promotion of other products mainly.
But what about the Sugru itself? No idea, not got around to trying it out yet. I was surprised (not in a good way) by the small pack sizes, but I think a little is meant to go a long way - here’s hoping.

In regards to the quantity, you're right, it's definitely not ideal if any Sugru goes to waste, so we always recommend lining up a few projects in such cases, to make the most of Sugru in one go or storing away unopened packets in your fridge for a rainy day.

Fantastic Product That Outperforms!!!
I just sent the following message to Sugru Customer Support:
Good Morning, Sugru Customer Support!
I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I've been using your product for many years now and really like the unique repair options Sugru gives me, compared to other products. Four years ago (sometime in 2017), I purchased a multi-pack of Sugru that I forgot about in my refrigerator.
Several days ago I needed to repair my daughter's cell phone charge cable (which was fraying near both plugs) and remembered to look in the fridge for some Sugru. I realized, unfortunately, that the "use by" date printed on the packaging was April 1st, 2018 (the coded production number is 139704SP), so I didn't have high hopes that the product would still be good. Nevertheless, I opened up one of the remaining packets and gave it a try...
I suppose that, in retrospect, I should have taken the "April Fools Day" expiration date as a sign of what to expect because not only was the product still viable, it performed just as well as any Sugru I have ever used! Color me VERY IMPRESSED!!!
In any case, I wanted to share with you just how pleased I was to be able to use such a terrific product, even years after it had supposedly expired. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Used Sugru to re-attach part of a resin ornament. Glue wouldn’t work on it so this was my last resort. Worked perfectly. My only suggested improvement would be to have a greater range of colours available.

Love sugru for many years
Sugru is a great product that I often used to fix broken things. It also works well as a glue on flat and rough surfaces. I fixed a broken shoe, a coffee maker, created a new handle on the lid of a cooking pot, glued a socket to the foot of a table (that sticks for over 3 years now and we plug in/out daily), glued multiple towel rails on walls, repaired a broken wheel on a suitcase and more. I love that it is so heat and water resistant and survives being in the fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Cheers!
