It took 17 days to respond to a request to increase bin empties. Then missed the 2nd query on my email.

We are generally satisfied with the service provided with prompt, regular collections and the ease of putting all recyclables into one bin. It took along time for an issue with our food waste bin to be sorted and the Thursday collection driver is often leaving the padlock unlocked on the gate which presents as a safeguarding issue for a school setting. We have already raised this but it has happened again.

I tried to go to work on Friday when is a recycle day. My car was behind my home and just one line driveway. The recycling van blocked my way out I asked the driver to let me out,his answer was they not gonna be long. Is takes at least 10 minutes and I was late to work,need to send pictures to my boss . I needed to waiting until when they finished. I reported it send the evidence picture. Last week Friday they didn't take any of my rubbish. All of other neighbors rubbish gone but they didn't touch mine. Is recycling day today again so will see will they take my rubbish or not. I paid the bills etc , I just feel unfair this . I know they working hard and is important what they're doing but why is need to go this way? 😔

Missed collections nearly every other week, so have to constantly chase to get the bins collected and then they still charge me for the collections they do not do. They then ignore emails when asking for this problem to be rectified. I am left with a staff room full of rubbish as no room in the over flowing bins from missed collections.

General waste not collected. Collection rescheduled but again not collected. Complaint made - waste eventually collected, but no explanations or apologies.
Subsequently charged for an additional collection when neither of original collections made and also charged for two general waste collections on 24th November when we only have one 1100L general waste bin!! If we could give a zero star rating we would!!!

Excellent service from Brian Oatly at the Trafford Household waste recycling facility. Due to an injury I was unable to unload my items for recycling. Brian was very helpful and friendly.

Just want to thank Jack for the great service that he provided us with. Everything went exactly to plan and the price was very competitive.

very poor service.
rubbish clearance is missed often, when you contact suez although polite they rearrange for a new pick up and fail to do as they say, this is not a one off.
In a school we require our contractors to be consistent and have a level of reliability, I have not been able to empty recycling bins for a week they are over flowing and pose a fire risk,
lets hope you will improve.

Any Car block by School gate diver have to call Parking Service on 0208 726 6000-Option 1- Ext 44057 & give them Model No, Make Reg No,& the come & TOW (Recover).

The bins aren't being collected when they say they are.

CONTINUOUSLY MISSED COLLECTIONS WITH NO REFUNDS, CLOSING RAISED ISSUES WITH NO CONCLUSION FOR CUSTOMER

We use them on a fortnightly contract and I had my car damaged by their operative sent in all the cctv footage, over a week ago and all I have is a bill for the repair to my car and customer service have fobbed me off with we are investigating with no formal apology and no conclusion disgraceful service.looking round for a more professional service.

Numerous times collections missed on both properties. Last issue took 2 days to get a response. Hopefully going forward things will impry

To date, I have been engaged with Suez since September 2025. Overall, I see that they are customer driven and highly focused. My requests are acknowleded and processed in a fast and professional manner.

You didn’t pick up our bins. We called to complain but no feedback nor email to let us know why you couldn’t or didn’t pick up

Cold called. I felt pressure into accepting the call and taking a quote.

Ran through the quote which seemed expensive. Even sent back a previous quote from Biffa and they couldn't get anywhere near the price.

I called them more 3/4 times to cancel my agreement because what they said never they done

After having an issue with our bins, our complaint was ignored and the case was closed. We would have just appreciated a bit more clarity on the situation.
