Stylo is a best brand in footwear industry i have a good experience

Dear Stylo Customer Care/Management,

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour I experienced today at your store.

I purchased a pair of footwear from the store at approximately 8:00 PM. After around 40 minutes, I returned to the same store because I urgently needed to exchange the footwear, as my sister needs to use them tomorrow.

I clearly explained the situation to the staff and also informed them that I am a regular Stylo customer. However, instead of listening to my concern or trying to assist me, the staff completely ignored what I was saying and behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is that the store was still open when I returned. I have photographic evidence showing that the shop was open and that other customers were still inside and shopping at the counter. Despite this, I was not even properly allowed to enter the store to discuss or process my exchange.

I completely understand that a store may have certain exchange policies or closing procedures. However, customers should be treated with respect and should at least be given a proper explanation. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable, especially after I explained that the exchange was urgent and that I was a regular customer.

I therefore request Stylo management to:

Investigate the behaviour of the staff involved.
Review the CCTV footage from the relevant time.
Clarify why I was refused entry while the store was visibly open and other customers were being served.
Take appropriate action regarding the staff member(s) responsible.
Provide me with a proper explanation and resolution regarding my urgent exchange request.

I have photographic evidence of the store being open and customers shopping inside, which I can provide as evidence if required.

I have been a regular customer of Stylo, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I expect a reputable brand like Stylo to ensure that its customers are treated with basic courtesy, respect and professionalism.

I hope management will take this complaint seriously and address both the staff's behaviour and my exchange request promptly.

I bought a duffle bag 2 yesrs ago. It served very well. The material is strong. The only weakness is the zipper. Please put a better quality zipper.

I placed this order for my mother, but unfortunately, the quality is very poor. I am also facing difficulties with the exchange process.

If you offer online shopping, you should also provide an online return or exchange service. My mother is unable to visit the outlet, which is why I ordered online in the first place. The product arrived in poor condition, and I am very disappointed.

Kindly allow exchanges through your WhatsApp service or provide an online exchange option. Many customers order for their parents or family members who cannot visit the store themselves. I am currently out of the country, so visiting an outlet is not possible for me either.

I hope you will consider my request and improve your customer service.

It gives u comfortable and quality products

One other thing the outlet is Neat ND clean and display also shiny

Being a great purchaser of Stylo, I have experienced the stylo brand is the best brand among many brands. They really serves their customers in a good way. They have a good eye on maintaining the environment . They ask for more services as well. Even they return the amount back which behinds left on the counter. Their management is strong and manager of Milinium Mall is such a great person .

3 Days ago I visited the shop stylo Mellinium mall Quetta their environment is very good the staff is also considerate staff behaviour is also good and the product prices is reasonable for other brands and stylo management is very cooperative

Pathetic, poor

I am extremely frustrated with Stylo Shoes. It has been over a month since I made an advance payment for an order that they cancelled by there side. Since then, I have been chasing them for my refund, but all I get are fake promises and delayed dates.
Every time I contact them, they give me a new date for the refund, but nothing happens. This is a clear tactic to delay and avoid returning my money. Taking advance payments and then making customers beg for their own money is highly unprofessional.
Beware of their online store! They are quick to take your money but will keep you waiting forever for a refund with zero results.

Quality is so bad either used or cheap color is fade i want my money back

Yesterday I received my parcel.I have ordered shoes a few days ago.I opened the parcel,the packaging of the sneakers was poor.The box was completely damaged and torn.There were spots on the sneakers upper surface and the soul of the sneakers was also weird.The color of the soul was not same as shown in the picture on the website.Also their customer service is very slow.They didn't respond me yet.
