This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering from a site online! I placed an order on the 6th of March ( it was supposed to arrive with 24 hrs) however nothing came for more than a week. I contacted them over and over, the courier sent it back, even though I emailed them and Stylevana to arrange another delivery date but got ZERO response. I have since then been emailing and calling (a customer service number that doesn’t even work!) and still NOTHING. Just an automated message. I have paid for the items and now it’s over a month and a half and I still have no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and feel super insulted that there has been absolutely no contact or response to me. All they are good at doing is flooding my inbox with their never ending mass emails.

No reply to my emails, no info about the order on their web site, delay in despatching.
I paid for my purchase on 17 February, sent a message to CS team to support at stylevana.com.
My order BWSVUKA1304XXXXX has finally arrived. One month after delivery I received email saying that the parcel was delivered.
Obviously huge problem with their IT support but - at the end - they do deliver!

I placed a £120 pound order as I am so obsessed with K beauty products. Then I read the reviews and became very nervous because I didn’t hear from them for a long time on my order. I placed my order on 14th feb. One of the items in the order said it is shipped in 30 days ( I wasn’t aware of how this made a difference as everything is shipped together and this might hold back my package). I received an intimation on 24th feb that my order is packed ( I was not expecting this honestly, and was ready to claim from my bank). I received a shipment notification on the same day with a tracking ID which I could track and see the status. I received it within 3 days.

Awful no communication im beginning to think ive been scammed reported it to bank this morning. Emailed them twice no replies to either email,

For the love of god respond to the emails I hate this company so much. RETURN MY MONEY IM TIRED OF THIS. STYLE VANA STOLE 104 EUROS FROM ME ITS BEEN NON STOP EMAILS SINCE DECEMBER. Penelope Henry who is the style vana customer support I have been unfortunately dealing with is completely useless and will not respond to my refund at all.
I have emailed over and over again.

So first order I placed arrived and I was happy with it. Took long time for parcel to arrive. Second order is a different story. 4 weeks my order hasn’t been despatched. Emails not answered. If i comment on Facebook chasing them for response they delete my messages. Luckily I paid with Paypal and raised a dispute, I received my money back as soon as I clicked submit button.

I have waited almost two weeks for my order and have had to contact them numerous times about this. The live charting system is a joke and there emails are not regularly checked.

I have contacted the support again and have asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled.

The products look so promising but they fail to deliver the quality within a time frame. I believe it is a scam and should be closed down.

Don’t make the same mistake I did, read the reviews before you place the order.

Package came quicker than expected and I'm very happy with the products. No issues.

November 17, 2022. There has been no movement. I emailed styelvana 3x and I get an automated response that they are delayed due to covid. Well there has been nothing since, and its now been almost 2 months. Instagram and Reddit has several comments in regards to people not receiving packages. I have asked for a refund, and now Im not getting any responses. Buyer Beware!!!

Fake website
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and no sign of dispatch. I tried to contact them but their website breaking up . Cant send a email .cant have a quick chat . The send message button doesn't work . Horrible . Can't contact anyone.

I ordered twice, on Nov. 12 and Nov. 15 respectively.

According to USPS they are still awaiting the items. I think that something is wrong. I think that they provide fake USPS numbers so that they can claim orders cannot be cancelled.

Wrote to customer service and no response. This is typical from what I understand.

I think they lost my orders. I would like to get refunds for them.

ordered 27/11, checked to make sure that all items were in stock as they claimed "no waiting" for in stock items. today (18/12/2022) not only I haven't received my items, some of the items status are still not fulfilled.

I ordered on 29.06.2022 and did not get my order. I wrote several times to the support team and asked for a refund; however, my order was delivered to the wrong address. I think they are just scammers who withdraw money from you and lose after that. I filled out the form they sent me, but no results and answers for the emails you write you will get after one month. Very bad experience no answer about my order.. It’s a scam

I ordered a few things from Stylevana a month ago and it still hasn't even shipped. My emails are not being answered.
Love the discounts but it's not worth using this site if the items never show up.

I have ordered here several times and I know it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver. However, my last order took a month, and requested cancellation as it's taking more than the expected delivery. They have responded that they have refunded the amount but it's not back in my bank even after 10 working days. I love Stylevana but when it comes to pending orders and refunds, please be aware as it's been long overdue. I'm unsure when I'll get my refund back as now I have been communicating with Paypal for the dispute resolution

I don't know how many times I have to leave a poor review here...just don't buy here, they use a pretty bad delivery company that put your parcel in an open area and now mine has now gone missing for more than 3 months. I have been negotiating with them and they said the refund claim has been rejected because of the proof of delivery provided by the courier. But what exactly is the use of the proof if the parcel was left at an unsafe place? Ridiculous!

I was hoping for a redelivery because there are products I wanted to try... but with all these 3 months of back-and-forth slowly-responded emails, I am too tired. I just want my money back.

they gave me tracking number, saying delivered, which it has never been !!!!!!, where are these items??????, I have asked for refund hey won't do that and I haven't received anything!

Don't bother, your order won't arrive and they will not respond to contact.

I placed an order on 21st August - everything was marked as in stock and able to dispatch within 24 hours, and the website says once dispatched will be delivered within 8-10 days.

I contacted them on 16th September to cancel as it had NOT YET BEEN DISPATCHED. I've since found out they ship from China which explains the long ship time. Three days later, they apologised and offered to add some freebies for me to keep the order, which I declined as I wanted the items for a specific event and they would not arrive in time now. A few hours later I got an email that it had been dispatched, but didn't hear from the customer service again.

I contacted again on 7/10, 17/10 and 25/10 asking for updates with zero response. When I click the tracking link, it says "we're expecting your parcel at Evri" and has said that for 5 weeks now. It's been 9 weeks since my order was placed.

Hilariously bad service. I'm posting here in the hopes they will finally give me my money back before I start a chargeback with my bank.

Edit to add: Have started a chargeback, still no response. I URGE EVERYONE WITH ISSUES TO REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO TRADING STANDARDS. I'm highly suspicious of this company being a scam and Trading Standards can investigate. If you look on their twitter, their replies are full of people with orders they haven't received. They've turned off comments on their facebook posts, presumably due to being full of the same. They don't respond to emails or messages and have stopped responsing to people here as well.
