Strove Arvostelua 

Strove has been instrumental in establishing positive health habits for me. When I first started using the platform, it was mostly just for listening to the meditation sessions. I was then inspired to try more exercise-related goals, and even went on a strenuous 4km hike to log points! The reminders are not too intrusive, and it feels encouraging to build on your previous achievements, or feats, as the app calls them. My favourite features of Strove were the 44-minute workout by Alex, “Tea time release” meditation by Emily, and “A positive day” meditation by Jamie Clements. Another excellent initiative is the Environmental rewards where you can spend coins to plant virtual trees as part of a sustainable development project. Awesome app overall. Well done, Strove.

I love Strove! Keeps me motivated while competing with my work colleagues. Great meditation and workouts also included in the app.

I received the Strove app via a newspaper that I contribute to. Strove is great as not only does it motivate me to exercise but it offers great rewards, with multiple different businesses, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, the more you workout out. Not only that, there are some great meditation / relaxation classes as well as a library of great, healthy recipes that my wife and I love. All round well worth it to have. Enjoy!

Phenomenal app. Besides the great free stuff you get just for exercising, the app offers so many cool ideas and advice to help make your day make sense. Insightful and beautifully simple to use. Highly recommended.

Loving the experience so far! User friendly, functional and relevant.

Not being active for over 10 years, Strove has definitely been a gamechanger for me! Since my company introduced us to this app, I have challenged myself and my teammates. I honestly thought that I would not be able to walk as far as I do or even run. I am loving the user-friendly app and receiving rewards!

A a company we've been using Strove as part of our Employee Wellness. They have completely changed the game in how to improve your health and mental health. It encourages staff to look at the health holistically and also encourages healthy competition along the way. Thank you team for your excellence!

The way the app is designed makes it great because there is some hype around the workouts colleagues are doing. This creates some motivation for me to work a bit harder so that I can climb the leaderboard. Earning some points is fantastic because this allows me to enjoy a coffee after a long run.

Strove is a great app.

It is very motivating to have the different challenges each month plus it seamlessly synchronises with your existing fitness/recording apps (if you have any) which makes signing up an easy process. In addition to that, the app has an archive of very useful workouts and meditation routines (for any level of fitness or experience) which make it easy to get started and then progress your level of fitness and your general health development.

I enjoy using Strove to track my activities and the challenges help keep me motivated. I also like to see how my work colleges are doing and it can become quite competitive!

Strove has helped me track my workouts and hold me accountable for my activities. Strove has also helped me on my weight loss journey which I started 2.5 years ago, from not being able to get off the couch to being an active member of society who is physically and mentally aware.

I enjoy using the Strove app. It has helped create a good culture of fitness within our work environment. And some competition amongst work colleagues. Strive nutrition has also been instrumental in helping me keep a healthy balanced diet.

I thoroughly enjoy this app - secretly competing against my work colleagues and other business units. The fact that you get a discount/benefit from a retailer or service provider for being active is a great reason to join Strove!

Seeing mine and my teammates progress is a great catalyst for consistency and accountability.

I used to struggle with sleep and general focus during the day, and this is now a thing of the past!

Now I manage to drift off to sleep as I listen to the breathwork meditation and destress meditations. My focus during the day has greatly improved too.

Since I have been on Stove, it has been a great Motivational tool to keep me active and the Fact that you can see what your colleagues are up to or what they are doing. It's like being in a competition. eg You see one of you work mates have done a workout and earning 120 points then I go and try to beat that. And for me that works out 5am every morning, when I get to work the mates are already talking about catching up with me...lol.
And the points I get I spend on Coffee or a lunch so its a win win..

Strove is a brilliant way to compete with yourself and with others at your company. It's often been the source of a great conversation starter for me and I've used it to connect to meditations and other useful tools like the insights mental health assessment
