This was my first group breathwork session with Woody and it was excellent. I was impressed by his personal and professional manner. I felt fully prepared for the session beforehand and safe in his hands as he guided us through the practice. His calm voice makes him a natural breathwork facilitator and the choice of music was also perfect. I would recommend him highly.

I have had two wonderful experiences with Woodie's breathwork sessions. The first time in person and the second time onlune. Both times Woodie expertly guided us through the session. He was very detailed in how the sessions would run and what we could expect to happen and he made me feel like I was in safe hands. During the exercises, Woodie's voice was very calm and melodic and the accompanying music was superb which further enhanced the atmosphere. There was plenty of time at the end to slowly come round and share our experience or ask any questions if we wanted. This was a wonderful experience and I felt a great deal of stress relief from both practices. I would definitely have another session and highly recommend Woodie to anyone wanting to learn how to use these breathing techniques to help deal with stress, anxiety and other emotional issues.

This was my first breathwork for emotional release session, and also my first experience of breathwork. Woodie led the session with a gentle, calm and positive approach. It was a really powerful and positive experience, and I absolutely recommend it. I am looking forward to my next session!

Once again a very liberating experience. I think we all probably carry around a lot of emotional baggage that no longer helps us in anyway.
