Having been in the well-being game for a number of years, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of getting started, linking devices and other Health Apps.

With the Strove App it is easy to navigate between the different challenges, to follow your progress and to be part of you own community.

I really like that i can pick workouts or meditations that suit the amount of time I have. It automatically syncs my health data and I can earn coins to cash in for vouchers. I also love the challenges. I also love that it is not based on making you feel crap about your body - the psychology behind it is about being the healthiest version of your self. So I don't have to enter weight loss goals or anything like that to use it.

Excellent app that’s very informative and easy to use. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing

What an awesome app. Working out has never felt this good and rewarded. Redeeming points is so easy and I am enjoying the rewards, workouts and meditation. Thank you Strove for keeping me going physically and emotionally!

It has given us insight into how we all exercise; and given us a fairer reflection of the comparison over a previous app that just counted steps.

Have been using Strove for a few months now and it has been instrumental in motivation me to get my butt into the gym and exercising regularly. I love the feedback, discounts and participatory challenges.

Overall it's a great app. The only thing that needs work is the syncing and the challenge wording should be a bit clearer!

Strove helps keep me accountable and motivated. I really enjoy the challenges and rankings, which make the experience fun and engaging. Following a few people — or joining when it’s designed by an organization — really brings out your competitive side.

We have been using strove for the past couple of months, and it has honestly helped me keep track of my health journey. The app is good because you can connect and integrate your data from your current health apps; mine is Samsung Heath, and it syncs up so you don't have to input the data twice. You also can earn points/rewards on the app with continued use that can be redeemed in actual stores like Vida e Cafe and Checkers.

When our company initially introduced Strove, I thought it would be yet another tracking app, but it honestly is not. It integrates seamlessly with my smartwatch, has great monthly challenges and an easy to use interface. I find it more user-friendly, motivating and valuable than any of the other tracking apps.

Amazing app that helps helps track daily activities and compete with friends and colleagues. Great rewards and points earned can be used to help the environment.

I just love this App, it tracks/captures your activities (running, walking, swimming, cycling etc.) AND it rewards you with points that you can use at your favorite retailer! There is something for EVERYONE!

Amazing that you can work on your health goals and get to spend money to buy expensive things such as Collegen to supplement your nutrition plans! I have paid some points forward to families that can't afford to eat out, so I send them some Spur vouchers to them, and their kids just loved it!

It also serves as motivation to keep moving with team members that are also on the Strove app, the silent competitions raise the energy levels - and it seems that this motivation to MOVE created more FIT and healthy bodies!!

The meditations on the App are great for relaxing, stress release and breath work to stay focused any time of the day.

It also has amazing features such as Nutrition and amazing recipes that helps you reaching your health goals. Just love the check ins from the Nutritionists on how they can support you!

What can I say more! I LOVE it!

Strove is a pretty all inclusive health app. It is sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for in the app, and I discover something new every other time that I log on.

Strove has been amazing partner on my wellness journey- not only has having quick workouts and meditations at my fingertips but also good quality insights and talks that allow me to grow in my understanding of wellness holistically.

Strove is a fantastic motivational tool to ge5 me exercising. Furthermore I appreciate the fact that it is looking at my mental health too and encouraging me to look after all aspects of my health. I have even been pleasantly surprised when menu tips pop up on the app
