Unfortunately not all the pieces were uniform. A few pieces were visibly machined wrong and weren't parallel. This caused 1 area to have a few 1-2mm gaps. The finish was good just not 100% true.

Samples were sent 03/07 and i can see mislaid by Amazon. We would have happily sent more if you had made us aware as if you dont receive them then we dont get the order. 1 star review for a mis laid free sample is harsh
O didn't receive my order.
I still haven't received the samples I ordered. I cannot comment on whether they would have been good. storues don't seem to know that evri didn't deliver and so they.clearly didn't put anything into checking the customer experience.

Absolute Lie about price promise they didn't even asked the manager he said one of the workers also told me to send in quote only to say I don't know how the other company does it and nothing else.. highly recommend look elsewhere!!!

This is not a lie. We sent you a quote price matching a competitors on line price that we could see and verify. We did not reduce the price further based on a forwarded email that we could not verify particularly as the price was so cheap. It looks like you got an exceptional deal elsewhere. If you could amend the review please as there is no lie on our site.
The guy I delt with was really good.

Looking forward to getting fitted
I have high expectations and am looking forward to getting my new flooring fitted along with my new kitchen. Only 4 stars as we selected a specific delivery day but this was completely ignored.

Flooring Stories was amazing at getting the quote together for the following in good time, as well as providing the care and maintenance documents promptly when asked for.

Product was engineered wood flooring
Product was engineered wood flooring. I understand it is a natural product, but boards were filled with a colour that did not match the wood. some pieces appeared to have been burnt.
Only good part was customer service did issue a full refund, but I had to ay fitters for their time which I will not recoup.
