I had a problem , with a new hoodie that I bought a couple of weeks ago , after one wash, the colours had faded , I complained to McLaren , and eventually, they decided to replace the hoodie , so very happy indeed

The ordering part was fine, the delivery shocking, I had an email saying my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday, half way through the day I checked the tracking to be informed there had been a trailer issue and it wouldn't be here until Wednesday, no email, no correspondence, no nothing, but things happen so I let it go, Wednesday I look again to find it's in Preston instead of Plymouth, once again nothing sent, then told by 2pm Thursday, then sometime before 7pm, still no email, then I eventually get a text saying it's in the local shop! Excuse!! They couldn't get into the block! I was in waiting for it! Pure laziness, couldn't be bothered to walk up the stairs. So I collect from aforesaid shop and now I'm being bombarded with texts saying I need to pick up the parcel I picked up yesterday!!! Shocking delivery experience and trust me, I'll think long and hard before I order anything else, especially as it's shipped in from Eindhoven. Needs sorting rapidly..

Had 2 items in my order, and when the package arrived there was only one of the things in there. I email to ask why and only then I was told the other item wad out of stock

Unable to pay UPS and havent received any word on the package.

I was charged 80 dollars in customs fees, for an order that costed 130 dollars. I paid over half of my order's value in customs, which I find unacceptable. I would not have ordered if I knew that I would be charged additional for customs. It's not like I could have cancelled my order after finding out that I had to pay customs.

I am happy with the products however, just guilty of how much I had to pay for everything in the end...

I was surprised with a tariff $80+ that I had to pay UPS for one item purchased. The UPS delivery man made me pay before getting the item.

I was not made aware of a tariff cost that was equal to the price of the item. I am awaiting a refund as I declined the acceptance of the delivery.

You should let buyers know in advance that they will be responsible for tariff tax (approximately 26.5% of value on clothes) and all the “brokerage fees” UPS adds on top of the tariff tax. UPS holds the package hostage until it’s paid. The total between tariff tax and UPS fees totaled more than 40% of the value of the items I bought. 3 shirts were $165 (total with taxes & shipping) but I had to pay an additional $69.73 just for UPS to actually leave it at my house. I’ve bought many things from overseas this week and this package was the only one I had to pay additional fees for.

Great service and a quick delivery, was even easy to unfortunately send back one of the items as it was too small, i had check the sizing so was slightly disappointed that I had to send it back.
