Excelente servicio y precios. Mariana Kowol, gracias por tu gran servicio y disponibilidad en todas mis compras.

Got a bunch of emails from them. Never been on their site and am not in need of their products.. I track all my emails and They got my address from another site (diabeticstreatment.com)

what a great and easy experience thank you so much Mariana for a wonderful experience

Placed a telephone order for bags. The customer service representative (CSR) stated the order would ship that day. The order shipped the following day.

CSR stated order would ship via UPS. Order shipped via FedEx Ground, which had held my order for FOUR days (as of this writing) with no indication of FedEx intention of delivery.

Customer service manager would not assist in resolving the matter.

Buena atención y rápida respuesta, quedo conforme con el Chat, muchas gracias

Muy rápido y muy amable para entregarme la información a mi consulta.

These stoma bags ain't worth a damn they let more crap in behind then into the bag, when I say behind I mean between the bag and skin then you stink like hell and your skin is raw, the flat bags are no good

I called StomaBags yesterday (Dec 14) requesting three different products, I knew the product #’s of two but not the third. Mariana, Customer Service Manager, handled the call beautifully sent me a link to three products that she thought would meet my needs. In minutes the order process was completed and she told me I would be receiving delivery next day. In less than 24 hours the full and correct order was at my front door. Excellent service, fair price-lower than their competitors that I checked. I will be buying from them in the future- is the best recommendation I can make.

I worked with Jose to order some medical supplies. Jose was always responsive, helpful, follows up as necessary, and patiently answered all my questions. Once I placed the order, which typically takes 2-5 days for shipping, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day!!! I would definitely order from Stomabags.com again in the future and would work with Jose!

The online chat order process was fast and easy. I will definitely use it again. As well as the best prices and products that are always in supply, the personal service is very helpful

The item I ordered is manufactured now without the connector. Marianna helped me find the piece I needed and put through the order for me. She was courteius and efficient.

Great customer service, shipping speed good as well! 4th order and never have issues!

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. i reached out to customer service and received an answer within 24 hours.

I was able to chat with Mariana who was extremely helpful! I was able to expedite my order, which was also super helpful, and it was easy to do! I will definitely use this company again!
