Stirlingkit Arvostelua

At first, communication was a bit slow, and I had to contact them a couple of times before receiving a response. In the end, however, everything worked out. It took nearly a month for the engine to arrive. There were still some manufacturing marks on the model, but other than that, it seems to be a good product.

Me atendieron muy bien, cumplieron con el envío y brindaron toda la ayuda a qué llegue a destino y rápido. Simon un genio se ocupó personalmente del envío. El Stirling elegido una maravilla. Muchas gracias.

I see some reviews here on trust pilot claiming they are a scam. It made me a bit worried as it took a week before they got my product shipped. so i sent them an email, shortly after they answered and got my product shipped. The package was recieved within the promised delivery time too. And the product seems to be working as it should. It seems they are a serious company and take their customers seriously. i'm a real person too, not an AI or anyone who write a fake review which i also saw an acusation of. Seems legit. I'm sure they will take care any inconvenience that may occur.

BUYER BEWARE! Be very cautious ordering from this company.

If you need to return an item, you’re responsible for return shipping — and it’s not cheap. In order to return the item you have to pay over $100 just to send back. They warn you not to include the actual cost of the item for insurance purposes or they will charge you a fee for the tariffs. So, you have to blindly send your item back and would be screwed if it does not arrive at the destination properly. That policy makes it nearly impossible to return products without taking a huge loss.

This should be clearly disclosed before checkout. I won’t be ordering again.

I recently bought their Mill Engine model and the new version 16 cylinder butane powered Stirling Engine, in two purchases. The transactions went through fine, and even though both purchases were over the Xmas and New Year period, I didn't have to wait to long for delivery to the UK. Both models were perfect, very well engineered, and for anybody tempted to buy a butane Stirling Engine, a standard small butane botle, the sort of thing used to fill lighters, connects fine, no need for non standard adaptors.

I recently preordered the Flywing MH-60 Jayhawk 470 RC Helicopter from StirlingKit. I received the helicopter quickly and in good shape and packed well for shipping. Customer service also responded to my questions promptly.

I needed some with some parts for my RC paraglider and I spoke to Martin at Stirlingkit who was very helpful thanks for all your help. Because of this I would be more than happy to buy from again.

Bonjour

Excellent quality steam engine, everything is going together well. It was missing a couple of parts but one email and the parts were on their way! Good customer service 👍

I ordered an ignition module for glow plugs, instead I received a high voltage module for spar plugs. The customer care person kept going in circles despite my detailed emails with pictures. Finally another person sent me the correct part, just to find out it was defective. I am tired dealing with them so I didn't even bother anymore. Will never buy from Stirling Kit again.

I bought a steam engine from sterling kit, very good quality and features for the price, had a problem with the payments being in USD meaning my bank charged a conversion fee, I wasn't aware this was going to happen, emailed the company and they agreed to pay conversion charge in return for a trust pilot review, overall very good service and product, would consider purchasing from again.

I live in Argentina. I bought several Stirling engines and several steam engines.
I had problems starting a couple of them.
I sent them my inquiry along with photos and videos. They answered me in detail, step by step, explaining what I should do and they solved the problem. Both the quality of the engines and the after-sales service are excellent.

Easy to assemble by carefully following supplied instructions.
Adjustments fairly simple for smooth operation.
Spirit burner works, but hard to control, so I made a gas burner conversion which raises steam quicker and is controllable. The gas burner also runs the engine for a full boiler of water.
Would like to see gas burner options for sale with the kit.
Lots of fun, runs great!

I contacted Stirlingkit after experiencing difficulties fitting a bearing to the crankshaft of the RW-BL1K model engine kit. After some troubleshooting via email, Stirlingkit suggested the best solution to the problem would be for them to supply me with a completely assembled crankshaft. I was more than happy with this and am now awaiting the assembly to arrive.

Great price and great resolution to initial hardware iproblems.

I ordered the tool kit and when it arrived the electric screwdriver was inoperable. Mona took care of my situation and made me see that this is a very good company that will go the extra mile for a customer.
Thank You Mona

I found a new hobby - building engines. It's a really fun activity and very interesting for children to watch. After building a steam engine, I explained to the children in a lively lesson how it works, and there was also an electric generator connected, which turned on the light bulb! I will buy a constructor every Christmas!

Ordered a PT-6A engine kit. One part was broken when it was opened. I sent a note to the company. Although it took a few days, they sent the part and I am very happy with the kit.

La compra fue bien y las especificaciones de cada opcion, claras (empaquetados , envio , etc

Pero la entrega estuvo retrasada en 8 dias, lo cual es el doble de lo que decía la opción (de 5 a 7 dias) que contrate.

Excellent seller and top-notch customer service, fast shipping, perfect.
