This company’s customer service is the worst. I spent 1500.00 on the Toyan V8 engine and starter kit. I began to assemble it. Right at the start of assembly, 2 of the 8 cylinders would not install into the block.I sent a video. I have now been waiting over two months. I requested to return the kit and get my money back, but they refused, saying the kit was now used—horrible experience.

After contacting Martin .at Stirling engines about my broken part.i sent them a picture . And Martin got right on it .could not ask for any better service than that

This was the first time I bought from this company and my experience was fantastic. I bought the RETROL SE-02 kit and must say the quality is amazing. The shipping was fast and everything was perfect. I even had a question and customer service was very quick in responding. I would have no issue in ordering from them again.

I was in need of an HM-01 engine part that I couldn't find on the website. I received an email from Mona, who I assume is in the customer service area for the company. Mona provided me with the information I needed, and it has been greatly appreciated. I've ordered the part I need, and am grateful for the service I received.

Took a few hours only to get an answer. Everything went very well. Martin replied in a proper English and managed my shipment with the 300 C very good to Germany.

I pre-purchased a Flywing Bell 412 RC helicopter from Stirlingkit. The price beat the competition and an extra battery was included free. Free postage and good communication were a welcome surprise. It was not due till September but arrived mid August to my delight. Best packaging I have seen and was delivered safe and sound in pristine condition with nothing missing or damaged. The process was a satisfying experience and I intend to give future purchases to them. I feel Stirlingkit is a Customer focussed business and surpassed my expectations.

Customer service is top notch. They always respond in a timely manner and completely answer everything I ask.

Upgrade parts for the D16 diesel engine were sent free of charge to improve the performance of the engine. Below is a summary of my experience.

As I installed the diesel upgrade parts everything was obvious except for a new part that turned out to be a pump priming lever. That replaced the spacer on the governor mounting stud. The only installation problem was the new fuel feed line which was not even close to fitting. I had to bend and shorten it to get it to fit. The attaching screws for the injector to the cylinder head were missing but I had some lying around that I used.

The new parts make priming much easier. The injector can be purged of air by simply holding down the external spring lever while pumping fuel to the injector. No need to loosen fittings. When the injector is fully purged of air its motion can be observed to confirm purging is complete. The exhaust is now at the bottom of the head. This will prevent hydrolock from an accumulation of unburned fuel. It was necessary to set the valve clearances after installing the new head. Note: the shorter governor adjusting spring is a big improvement giving better speed control.
I got the engine running but it still is not optimal. Probably experimenting with the injection timing is still needed. But it is now much easier to get the engine running which will make tuning easier also.

I bought a Enjomor 6cc antique engine and have been running it every day since I received it two months ago. I have had a super great time with it and enjoyit thoroughly. Can't wait to get another engine similar to it soon.Mona has been a great go-to person if you have any problems, which I haven't. I did have a few questions about availability and stock which Mona answered through e-mail promptly.

Comprei um helicóptero no site Stirlingkit em 22/06/2025 (Pedido #45540, valor de R$ 5.014,00 BRL, pagamento confirmado como paid, porém com status de envio unfulfilled).

Até hoje o pedido não foi despachado. O atendimento é péssimo: só enrolam, não dão retorno adequado e, quando respondem, as respostas são vagas e sem solução. Já enviei vários e-mails solicitando atualização, mas nunca obtive uma informação clara.

Não recomendo a compra neste site para que outras pessoas não passem pelo mesmo transtorno que estou passando.

The single piston engine worked really well. It enabled me to construct my experiment with ease.
I didn't need the light bulb to do my experiment, but it didn't work anyway. I even tried it with batteries and it still didn't work.
The piston engine is so well designed that I will definately shop at StirlingKits again, and as soon as possible.
The delivery time was perfect, and the box arrived in perfect condition.

No seal on the box. Box has sign's off being opened before. Disappointing as this feels secondhand. Just had a disgusting reply of "ENJOY" Im never coming back. Sarcastic
