Terrible
The only reason I bought from this company, despite better and cheaper options elsewhere, was that they said I would get delivery before Christmas. I ordered two wks before Christmas so I didn't expect there to be a problem. However, I did not receive my order and will not have it for my desired purpose, which is Christmas morning. Despite them having a. ie domain, their orders actually come from Spain and then ship to Holland, where my order is now sitting despite me living in Ireland!! Crazy that they can't get a few stickers to you in two wks, they are obviously too cheap to pay for a decent delivery system. Avoid this company and go elsewhere.
Also just to add to the response from stickets below: They never contacted me as they said they would, they are just trying to appear to be helpful and to care about their customers, the reality however is a different story.

Man fühlt sich veräppelt
Am >27.11.25< ein paar Weihnachtssachen bestellt/gekauft. Versand aus Spanien mit GLS ein paar Tage später. Von GLS bekommt man Mitteilungen, dass die Sdg. die Grenze (?) erreicht hat, dass die Sdg . am 03.12.ankommen soll,dass die Sdg. verspätet ist, aber einen genaueren Ablauf erhält man nicht. Auch eine Beschwerde bei Stikets bleibt unbeantwortet!! Ganz toller Service von beiden Seiten. Heute 09.12.25 immer noch nicht angekommen bzw. avisiert. Warum schickt man einen Briefumschlag auch mit GLS? Da ist z.B DHL durchaus schneller und man erhält auch die richtigen Informationen über den Transportablauf.
Leider muss man an dieser Stelle einen Stern vergeben, nur ist der in diesem Fall schon zu viel. Gerade weil Stikets es nicht nötig hat, sich zu melden.

Great customer support
I spoke to Laura from customer support and she was just great. The products are exactly as shown but customer support was another level for me, I made a request AFTER completing my order and they immediately executed it, even if they were not responsible for this. Definitely recommended!

Etiqueta retocada a su gusto, y mal editada
Mandé un ejemplo de etiqueta, con el nombre y apellidos de mis hijos y solo me mandaron con el nombre. Y eso que les mandé los ejemplos por mail. Retocan las etiquetas porque no deben de coger todo el nombre, así que cuidado.Edito que me ofrecieron un cupón con el importe del pedido para que realizase uno nuevo, pero tuve que pagar los gastos de envío de nuevo. Así que por lo menos algo se solucionó.

ORDER C-4236970 BLURRY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I raised an enquiry 4 weeks ago regarding half my order being blurry but haven't heard from anyone to resolve it. The order was blurry (clearly no QC check). Half the stikets are blurry and cannot be used, secondly, the quality is terrible.I have also sent 5-6 e-mails raising this and requesting a refund via website, direct e-mail as well as wrote a review on another site and no one from Stikets has acknowledged or refunded this order. Customer service has been terrible.

J’ai commandé des stickers personnalisés (commande n°C-4243265).
Le QR code fonctionne, mais la découpe est très mal faite, irrégulière et vraiment pas professionnelle pour un produit censé être fini et prêt à poser.
J’ai contacté le service client avec photos pour demander un remplacement ou une solution, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.
Je trouve cela dommage : avec une meilleure finition et un service client réactif, l’expérience aurait pu être positive. J’attends encore un retour de leur part pour résoudre le problème.

Zit er al 10 dagen op te wachten
10 dagen geleden besteld en betaald, nog steeds niks ontvangen. Volgens de track en tracé liggen ze op de luchthaven van Girona. Waardeloos dit, de site belooft levering binnen 72 uur. Beter elders bestellen als je ze snel in huis wilt hebben.

He realizado varios pedidos en los 6 años que tiene mi hija, pero el último, en el mes de agosto ha salido defectuoso. Las pegatinas de calzado se han caído todas… y mi decepción viene cuando les escribo para ver si es normal, y su respuesta es dar largas.
