Absolutely diabolical after care service. Twice now in the last few years I have required a new hand controller for my x9 follow, and on both occasions it takes weeks for them to deliver. I lost count of the number of promises to call you back, or I will put it in the post and guess what, it doesn't happen. Be very careful needing assistance, once you can put down to maybe staffing issues but Twice that is a culture problem.

Can’t believe how efficient the service was they organise all the courier for me which sometimes I find a hassle. It was a very good and trolley is brand-new now they service my trolley for me.

Good quick efficient service

Needed a replacement cable for my handset. Stewart Golf were excellent as per usual. Dispatched in a timely fashion no issues.

Purchased the q adjustable umbrella holder, adjusts perfect good to store the umbrella whilst taking your next shot on the fayreway, saves keep folding the brolly up and down.

Is it necessary? Absolutely not. Is it cool? Yes. Yes it is. Does my 75 year old father make fun of me now? He does. But is it only because he's jealous? You bet your sweet ass he is.

Pros: I have found that I can easily walk 18 holes on even the hilliest of courses without getting tired by 15. It was very easy to set up and control, and lifting into and out of my car is no issues on my back. The follow feature is great, but it will disconnect and stop at least twice a round for no reason. The ability to speed it up or slow it down with a push of a button is very helpful and my ankles have yet to get run over.

Cons: Technically, it slows you down a little bit, maybe 7-10 min per 9 holes just based on the futzing with the controls and getting it going. And I do wish my Titliest bag fit a little better on the stand (it falls off if I attempt any off-roading). Also, for $2500, it should probably come with a bag or cooler or some sort of storage for a water bottle, car keys, wallet, phone, etc. Asking for me to shell out another $45 for a plastic iPhone holder seems a bit cheeky.

Overall, I love it. Wouldn't dream of sending it back.
