J'ai d'abord utilisé Steve AI avec le forfait IA générative (129 $).

La plateforme a indéniablement du potentiel : elle permet de créer rapidement des vidéos, des visuels et des voix. Cependant, mon expérience initiale a été frustrante et décevante pour un service à ce prix.

⚠️ Problèmes initiaux

Durant mon premier mois, j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes majeurs :

Limites vocales cachées, non mentionnées (ni dans les conditions générales, ni sur le tableau de bord, ni dans les détails du forfait).

Seule une fenêtre contextuelle « Contacter le service commercial » s'affiche, ce qui ressemble à une tentative de vente forcée.

Lorsque je les ai contactés, ils m'ont répondu :

« La limite de voix off est simplement une mesure de sécurité que nous avons mise en place. Nous activerons des limites plus élevées au niveau du compte, ne vous inquiétez pas. »

Projet perdu : après avoir autorisé l'équipe d'assistance à accéder à mon tableau de bord, ma vidéo a été entièrement régénérée et tout mon travail (plus de 16 heures) a été perdu.

Perte de crédits de génération : J'ai perdu plus de la moitié de mes crédits de génération à cause d'un bug de boucle de script. Malgré plusieurs promesses de remboursement, je n'ai jamais été remboursé.

Frappes d'orthographe fréquentes dans les images générées par l'IA, m'obligeant à régénérer les visuels à plusieurs reprises.

Formulation confuse concernant l'expiration de l'abonnement (« jusqu'au 8 octobre à minuit » signifiait en réalité le début du 8, et non la fin).

Ces problèmes ont rendu l'expérience très frustrante, surtout compte tenu du prix élevé.

Après avoir publié mon premier avis, l'équipe de Steve AI m'a contacté directement.

Ils ont été très polis, proactifs et ont vraiment cherché à résoudre le problème.

Ils m'ont offert un abonnement Pro gratuit pendant un mois, puis l'ont prolongé de quelques semaines à titre de geste commercial pour un essai plus approfondi – ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Durant cette période, j'ai pu tester la plateforme plus en profondeur. Le système présente encore des problèmes techniques — par exemple, la génération de certaines images à partir de texte est très longue ou ne se fait qu'après le redémarrage de l'application — mais l'équipe d'assistance travaille activement à la résolution de ces problèmes et me tient informé.

Récemment, ils m'ont même proposé un abonnement annuel à prix réduit (-50 % pour le Black Friday), ce qui témoigne de leur engagement à améliorer le service et à préserver la confiance de leurs clients.

💬 Résumé

Steve AI a un fort potentiel et son service client mérite d'être salué pour sa réactivité, sa patience et sa disponibilité.

Bien que je sois convaincu que le logiciel comporte encore des bugs techniques et manque de transparence concernant les limites d'utilisation, je constate qu'ils s'efforcent réellement de l'améliorer.

J'ai donc décidé de revoir ma note à la hausse, passant de 2 à 4 étoiles —

Pas encore parfait, mais clairement en bonne voie. Si l'équipe continue sur cette voie, et si elle parvient réellement à améliorer l'IA et à résoudre les problèmes techniques... Steve AI pourrait devenir un outil très performant pour les professionnels de la création.

I was fortunate to get a lifetime subscription to Steve AI when AppSumo offered it, and I'm loving the cool little videos I'm able to create each month. The amount of characters and actions they offer is incredible and being able to customize each slide the way I want is super nice. The software is easy to use, and although it takes a little bit of time to fine tune things, the videos come out great! I would definitely recommend Steve AI for anyone wanting to get in on creating their own informational videos!

It's a scam!!! They took 2 payments for the first entry and for the Pro level, and generated 2 videos out of that - of low quality, which I generated still on free version. I could not used them, the videos were with mistakes, if you wanted to edit them you should generated video once again and pay for that. They did not generated more videos after the PRO payment, saying that all seconds was already used!!! Payed 60 USD and no video.

Steveai makes it very easy to create an animated video!

The platform is intuitive and easy to pick up as you go. What truly sets it apart is the responsive and knowledgeable support team--their prompt assistance with troubleshooting and problem-solving makes a big difference.

SCAM! be careful. Software is broken and the staff argues with you instead of fixing anything.

Easy to genenrate video clip. Fast customer service.

Sales told me one thing, but then when I made my subscription the tool I needed is not yet active, and the workaround they gave me requires a higher plan (than what I was told).
I feel I was deceived.

This is a great concept, but our video would never render. We spent two weeks trying to work with Steve to figure it out and in the end we had to cancel and never did get the video I would avoid this platform like the plague it does not work. It is too bad. Creating a video was easy, going to watch it, not so much. I spent over 5 minutes trying to watch the video i created, which is the whole point of the website, just for it to keep crashing and keep crashing. I expected better

Very fast excellent customer service. Many companies these days use a bot system and it is impossible to get ahold of a real person.

Steve.AI has real live help and this is important as a bot cannot always answer your questions.

If you are looking for a good video maker, this is the one!!

Bought an unlimited package through their appsumo deal. I was an early user. I spent hours giving them feedback to improve their services. Now they've switched their plans to prohibit me from using the service for anything meaningful. Way to rip off the guys who helped you get up and running.

This was my very first venture into AI generating a video. After researching the internet, looking at various reviews, I chose SteveAI for my first venture into creating a video. After testing a mini sample, I chose SteveAI because of its ease in generating a video. I chose the ProPlan because I had a long script that needed to be transformed into a meaningful visual impactful video to be used for an upcoming presentation. When I ran into trouble in producing the final 2 videos (e.g. 7 min and 5.5 min long) SteveAI customer support group stepped in and helped me get to the finish line on both videos. The 2 customer support staff that were instrumental in helping me throughout the whole process were Kishore and Prasanna. It is because of these two individuals I’m giving SteveAI top review. Plus, the 2 videos generated came out fantastic by using the Live Action tab.

Bought this for the text to video feature. But it just does not recognise the files I upload (MP3 files) which is what it asks for.

Contacted customer services and they said I can email them everytime my audio file, and they will sort it out. I simply do not have the time to be sending a raw footage file to them, waiting a day or two for a reply with their video.

I complained and asked to cancel my account and get a refund - but they said they do not do refunds.

I do not recommend this at all.

Degli imbroglioni e un prodotto obsoleto. Volevo l'abbonamento Enterprise il quale è poco chiaro sul sito e può essere fatto solo tramite videochiamata (ti dicono rose e fiori quando non è), dove ti promettono che ci può essere il rimborso, che le immagini sono di alta qualità, che la musica è senza copyright, tutto quello che vuoi c'è! Ma poi quando fai l'abbonamento, un abbonamento anche abbastanza costoso confronto la concorrenza e che si può fare solo annuale, non trovi nulla di tutto questo e non fanno nemmeno il rimborso!!! Non puoi nemmeno fare nulla perché vengono dette le cose tramite videochiamata!!! Attenzione!!!! Buono solo per fare immaginette alla South Park..... O video con immagini obsolete. Altamente sconsigliato!!! Pensano solo ai soldi..... Con un abbonamento annuale ci hanno rovinato e non possiamo tornare più indietro....
