"I had the pleasure of receiving fantastic customer service from Ashik. He was incredibly professional, very polite, and demonstrated expert knowledge of the platform. Ashik patiently educated me on how to use the various features and assets, what is free and what uses assets. Askik even helped me with a quick browser so my processing time is quicker on the platform, which made the whole process much easier to understand. His assistance was invaluable, and I highly recommend his support!"

Great for new users

I have tried several sites as a beginner user and I've found Steve AI the most user-friendly, simple and efficacious. As a teacher, I appreciated the nice looking animations and the choice of voices and diffrerent accents. Great !

Can’t cancel once you discover it’s garbage!

Tried their AI text to animation feature but had to pay to generate a video. Paid $180. It was absolute garage. I tried to rewrite the script and regenerate, website was glitchy & stalled out. Tried one more time starting from scratch, video was still garbage. (Ie the animals don’t look like animals, the parrot had a rooster head on a man’s body) it was awful. Canceled plan bc it said there would be no charge. Wrong! They don’t give refunds. I used their site for less than 2 hours. Horrible customer service. Even after I reached out and explained I would have only bought a month if I knew there were no refunds, they still were adamant about this policy of not refunding. I never saw the policy when I purchased. Such a scam, Do not buy!

Scam

Says there is a photo-to-video function but once you register there is no such function. Scam.
