It's not just the quality of a product that matters - it's the customer support and back-up too. I had some difficulty with my order, but Alice from Steezia couldn't have been more kind, understanding and efficient. Top marks in my case how the problem was resolved. Well done Alice and thanks to Steezia for sorting the problem out quickly.

Cannot recommend at all, think it’s a con. You think you are getting hearing aids cheap, but they were not suitable and they have to be returned to China which is too expensive. Nowhere on the website does it mention this. You are encouraged to purchase another item, but there is no mention of an exchange and impossible to get your money back.

After looking at dozens of Hearing Aids I decided that I would give the ones on Steezia a go, they were £135.00 which is enough but as hearing aids can cost in excess of £4k. I was prepared to risk buying from here. They arrived well packaged and reasonably quickly, I aware they came from China, however I did fail to check how much they would cost to return should I wish to do so. They were not suitable for my use and although I did not use them, after reading everything there was to read I think “ 16 channels is very” far fetched in fact I still fail to see how this can be achieved. They are tiny and with just one small button to press to lower the volume they is nothing more to them. Anyway that is fir you to decide. I decided to take the risk and I am out of pocket but that is my choice and I emailed Sophia who may or may not be human or AI, between us I decided to have a refund of £40 and gift them to Charity as they were unused. If you are happy with the drawbacks, I have no complaint about the company, but do read the small print and decide if it’s worth the risk.China is very expensive to return to.

Purchases steezia, hearing (r/h side) aid it worked extremely well so purchased the l/h side one, they are fantastic value for the money. Don’t pay thousands or even hundreds pounds on other hearing aids until you have tried these hearing aids, they are very small and very comfortable, Wi-Fi adjustable volume to suit your hearing requirements and almost invisible.
I contacted customer service about an issue I had but resolved it through their website Q&A before I could a advise them I had resolved the issue Sofia contacted me within minutes to offer assistance. Great product, great customer service. 100% recommendation.

Customer services department was excellent in all communications and resolving my queries. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I ordered the hearing aids they came on time very good product but not suitable for me correspondent with Sofia and she was very nice and accommodating told me I could send them back or receive 30% of price witch I went for got to keep the product wasent very sure if the returning of them as could get lost or late in transit so opted for the 30% witch I am happy with rather than loose the lot mrs j higgins Scotland

I had a small fault with a recent purchase it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently I was very impressed and happy with the outcome

had doubts after ordering and as nothing heard re confirmation/tracking cancelled requested refund.Immediate response from sofia stating item had been sent.True enough arrived next day.Issues lay with shipping company not following protocol.Sofia best customer service agent I have ever dealt with...followed up on all developments...restored trust in this company.

I cannot fault the initial correspondence re the trial of the hearing aid.
Unfortunately I found the aid extremely fiddly especially the sound level. Also difficulty in fitting in my ear. However the swift response from the company was very quick and their customer service was excellent.

The quick and professional response with your agent Sofia was more than I could have expected.
I felt that Sofia explained everything precisely and made me aware of the steps I required to pursue a refund. Sofia added the information without prejudice, explaining options possible, options that didn’t favour only the company.
I didn’t end up with a refund, but chose to keep the hearing aids, and will continue to experiment with them.
I would like to point out that your agent Sofia had a wonderful phone etiquette, she was lovely to talk to and I feel that she was a credit to your company.

I ordered some of the mini hearing aids. They took about a week to arrive which wasn't bad. When I opened them, they looked excellent quality, really nicely presented. The aids themselves didn't work too well for me, but there was no issue with the returns. So all in all, a good experience even if they aids did not work for myself.

I ordered some hearing aids from them. I did understand that they was coming from China as i emailed them before purchase. Sofia, who dealt with my order was excellent with correspondence and very polite. I always got a response no matter what.

My aids were delivered to the UK in 6 days which was good and tracking available all the way through the process.

Unfortunately something was wrong with my hearing aids and I contacted Sofia again for help. She has sent out another set after I messaged her the tracking number proof for the return of the other set.

Overall I'm really happy with the service they provide. The turnaround is not fast but it isn't slow. I've had purchases in the UK off eBay that have taken longer so it's not right complaining and 6 days from China is better than I expected.
Sofia should be proud of herself for the excellent customer service she gives and I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I ordered hearing aid on Saturday - order no #22638 but not realising it was coming from China .
As it hasn't arrived on the 3 days mentioned on the website I have requested a refund as it has not been sent out yet.
I will update this review once the results is clear.

My husband purchased these hearing aids. One did not work contacted the company offered a 10 percent discount.

As one didn't work refused the offer.

Then had to send to China at a cost of £18.99 sent proof of posting.

Now say arrived after 30 days and will only pay £100

Once the item finally arrived, from China. It was not suitable for purpose. I have unsuccessfully being attempting to contact them to organise a refund as stated on their website. No reply to my emails or phone calls. I would advise they are avoided and if you’re looking for basic amplifiers, purchase on Amazon where they will at least honour a refund.

These hearing aids are no where near as good as nhs prescription hearing aids all they really are is mini amplifiers … I never realised how good prescription hearing aids were until I purchased some of these … there are sounds I can’t hear without my nhs aids … and I can’t hear those sounds with steezia aids …get yourself some aids that are suited to your hearing capabilities as prescribed by professional audiologists .

I have ordered some hearing aids from steezia, but unfortunately they didn’t worked, and i used to return them back. I tried to reconect with them but i couldn’t for some days. It seems that my email went in junk and they didn’t saw it! Fortunately they have seen me after a review i did for them and they replied me back!The girl who served me called Sofia, was extremely nice, and she was very helpful through the refunding procees. While i made the payment for the return to the post office, i used to pay only for the shipment and not for tracking nr, and they needed the tracking nr in order to return my money back as a total. I couldn’t find the tracking nr as my pack was already sended back to China. Despite this, Sofia was able to complete all the refunding procees till the end, and even the pack didn’t went in the destination yet, she made sure to return all my money before that! I am truly thankful about her service, and I wish that everyone would be like her, so helpful and great human being! Thank you Sofia from heart! 🥰
