I will not be using this company again
I collected my car yesterday and unfortunately my experience was disappointing and please do not say i am not your costumer blah blah on your reply.
Firstly, the car was returned dirty inside and out. Given the recent weather, I was prepared to overlook that. However, what concerned me far more was that some coins I had left in the centre compartment were missing when I collected the vehicle. I always leave few coins for my shopping trolleys.
I had deliberately left a small amount of change (£10 in a £ coin) there as a simple test of trustworthiness. The coins were covered by other items, and I had taken a photo beforehand showing exactly how everything was arranged. When I checked the compartment upon collection, the items had clearly been moved and were no longer positioned as they had been. The coins themselves were gone.
I cannot say whether anything else is missing at this stage, but this is not a good reflection on the business. I would suggest management speaks with whoever had access to or drove my vehicle during its time in your care.
My advice to other customers is to take photos of the interior and exterior of their vehicle before handing it over, including the mileage and fuel level. I now wish I had done this more thoroughly, as I have some concerns that the vehicle may have been driven further than expected.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with very little confidence in the company. Trust is a huge part of leaving your car with any business, and based on what I experienced, I will not be using this company again.
In addition, i had to wait 45 mins to get my DIRTY car back when i was told to call 30 mins before drop off / collection to avoid waiting. 👎

Absolutely awful service AVOID
Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Staff are rude, unhelpful, nearly missed our flight as they are inattentive and untimely. The telephone line to call they just ignore you if you chase them on the status of your drop off/collection. The car returned absolutely filthy, and to top it off you have hidden fees of entry/exit fees to car parks! A full complaint and escalation to the company has been raised, which has not been acknowledged or responded to still. AVOID!!!

Unfortunate litany for this company
I left a one star review for this company after double checking I had the correct one because I used a comparison site. It appears I had the incorrect one somehow. I spoke with the man in charge who I'll not name but I felt sorry for him; his company has been impersonated and is spending significant time money and effort on fighting these people who have besmerged his companies name.
It would probably be far cheaper for him to rebrand under a different name than have to keep dealing with this. He wasn't even angry, was wholly understandable at why the review was left and I agreed to delete it. I then felt duty bound to add a counter review to make up for it. I'd have no doubts that this, the real Standsted Meet and Greet are a fantastic company and wish them the very best in future business and litigations.

I haven’t actually booked with this company however I would like to HIGHLIGHT that this company is having a tough time due to another company operating with a similar name to them. This company ‘Stanstead Meet and Greet Parking’ have been operating for 20years and are a professional and reputable company. They have been providing parking services with no issues.
Unfortunately due to a rogue company operating with a similar name they are facing the backlash on trustpilot as a result of this and receiving bad reviews which have nothing to do with them. I posted a bad reviews incorrectly on them and after receiving a phone call from Mark their Customer Liason, I understood the situation and removed the review but posted it on the correct company ‘SAFEMEETANDGREET’ this is the bad company that you do not want to book with. I booked two cars with them and had an awful experience, as many others have (see reviews) if you book through ‘AIRPORTPARKINGDEALS.CO.UK’ then you are booking with a dodgy company as they own all the parking services offered on there! BE AWARE OF THIS!! They are under review!!

I thought the service was very efficient and seamless. I hardly had to wait to be taken to the terminal or collected. The 2 guys who I dealt with were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using this company for future trips from Stansted! Also, significantly cheaper than on site parking

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, do not answer phone, rude and disorganised. Had to wait for over 1hrs to get our car back from the orange car park - unresponsive, called as soon as we landed, then again, and again. Upon getting it back, the front passenger seat was drench as they had (purposefully I guess) left an open bottle water to drip - I threw this out immediately - furious and appalled doesn't start to cover it! Will stick to the official Meet & Greet at Standsted moving forward. What an absolute sham! Not cheap either.

Avoid at all costs – stressful, unprofessional, and completely unreliable
This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had with any service.
Dropping the car off was chaotic from the start — no clear location other than “orange car park” and no one answering the phone despite repeated calls. While waiting, we spoke to another couple collecting their car who warned us theirs had been returned with a dent… not exactly reassuring.
The night before collection, I called to confirm arrangements. An hour later, I received a completely unexpected call saying they were coming to collect the car immediately — a full 24 hours early — and then return it. Shortly after, I was told the car wouldn’t start. This is a brand new 25 plate vehicle with zero prior issues.
We then had to deal with the RAC being sent out, adding even more hassle. Their “solution”? That they would take my family (including young children) and leave me behind with the broken-down car. Completely unacceptable.
Collection was just as bad. We tried calling three different numbers — no answer on any of them. Eventually, I received a call asking if I was going to their lock-up to collect my car, something that had never been mentioned before.
From start to finish, this company caused unnecessary stress, poor communication, and total lack of professionalism. I still have no confidence in what was done to my car while it was in their care. They have also broken my electric car seat, it reclines all the way back, even when the seat has a pre-locked position.
Do yourself a favour and book with a reputable provider — this is simply not worth the risk.

The staff were friendly, pricing clear and reasonable, transport to the airport was quick (5 minutes, I think) and the drop off point is literally 1-2 minutes walk from the airport entrance. I assume it makes the driver's levy cheaper to not be immediately outside the airport doors, and this saving is passed onto customers with a £2.50 per person shuttle fee.
My car pick up was scheduled for 10pm on a Sunday and my flight had been delayed. I was cutting it close to the pick up time (always give yourself at least a spare hour for delays and passport control!) and was a little worried that the unsociable day and time would make the service slower. Fear not! The phone was answered immediately and they later dropped a courtesy call to make sure I was getting through passport control OK and could be included in the next shuttle pick up.
Please do not believe every awful review you see. There are many rogue companies using similar trading names and SMG have responded to these reviews with clarity. No service is perfect for everyone, but my experience was good and I would use this company again.

Worst Parking Experience – Avoid This Company
I strongly advise anyone considering this parking service to avoid it and use official airport parking instead.
When booking, the name of the parking facility appears deliberately similar to the official Jet Parking at Stansted Airport, which can easily mislead customers. The address provided in the booking confirmation took us to a private house. When we called for directions, we were redirected to a completely different location called "New Farms."
Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a £10 per person return shuttle fee, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Payment was taken through Park Pilot Ltd.
The shuttle service itself was unacceptable. We were dropped off outside the Radisson Blu Hotel and instructed to call a number upon our return and wait at the same location for collection. After landing, we waited nearly 30 minutes, while other customers reported waiting for hours. Calls were often unanswered, making it extremely difficult to contact anyone.
The shuttle vehicle was a dirty people carrier that appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time. We were also charged an additional £20 fee for drop-off and pick-up at the farm, which was not clearly stated on the website.
When we finally collected our car, it was filthy. While waiting, we heard numerous complaints from other customers. Some reported that their vehicles were not even on-site when they returned. One customer said his car had been left with a full tank of diesel but was nearly empty upon collection. Others reported scratches, damage, broken child seats, and even serious mechanical issues.
The company provides very little information about its owners or management, which raises further concerns.
Overall, this was the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. The stress, hidden charges, poor communication, long waits, and concerns about vehicle safety make this a service I would never use again.
Please avoid this company and pay for official airport parking instead. It will save you a great deal of stress and potential expense.

When trying to call to get a refund for the £100 fine i received for THEM not paying the £13 carpark exit fee, the charlatan on the phone informed the company has been dissolved and hung up. I will have to take this as a painful learning experience. It is shocking that crooks can operate like this is civilised society. Is there no other way to contact them?

There are some REALLY bad rogue (illegal!) ones that are giving Stansted meet & greet a bad name.
I used SWIFT MEET & GREET and they were AWFUL - Avoid SWIFT!
I got done over and ended up paying an extra £315 on top of my actual amount. Luckily the amazing Mark from Stanstead meet and greet (who I complained to him, thinking it was SWIFT as there is no email for them) advised me to contact my credit card company and block the payment. Even 2 weeks after - it worked and I got a refund (from Amex - not from SWIFT)
Doesn't take away from the stress - it was an awful experience from start to finish. Apparently they are being looked into by the local police and trading standards. They operate under these names: AVOID ALL OF THEM!!!

NEVER use this parking service for…
NEVER use this parking service for Stansted airport. Awful. We arrived at The car park at exactly the time agreed then stood around for a whole HOUR before finally being driven to the airport. The worst part was the constant “it’s only a few minutes away” excuses which turned out to be utter lies. When I spoke politely on the phone to them, one of them ended the conversation with the words “for fuxx sake”. Rude and obnoxious and not the friendly service claimed on their emails. The return journey was almost as bad. Arrived on time and told 20 minutes away. This turned into a 45 minute wait in the heat. Terrible service and terrible people running it. Don’t use them.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. Very nervous when we tried calling on the way to airport as it took 36 attempts to contact them on the way 1 hour in advance, then told it would be 1 hour so hence trying them in advance then took them a further 34 minutes to arrive to collect the key. Upon return I called from the runway and was told 1 hour but after over 160 attempts yes that is correct to chase and them to answer the phone it was over 2 hours wait to get the car bad. Staff are not dressed in any type of uniform just hoodie and you have no idea who is taking your car. They all look like thugs or drug dealers, very unapologetic, not so much rude but ignorant. We paid for this? I understand minimum wage job etc, but you get what you pay for, cannot believe that anyone would use this service twice, highly unlikely repeat customers. The car was clearly parked in a field as there was hay type material stuck in the side steps and very dusty. I assume that the other 6 families that were waiting on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning will all be complaining to as we were all waiting similar times and they had all the same excuses given to them, we are really busy! They didn't deliver a single car for over 1.5 hours during our wait. I did think of calling police as I genuinely thought my car had been stolen. Terrible service
Terrible service . Called them 30 mins before arrival at 4am, eventually arrived to pick up car at 5am which left me almost late for flight . On return we waited another 45 mins then find out they have NO INSURANCE TO DRIVE YOUR CAR

Having checked our records it appears that you were not a customer of ours. From the information that you have provided we believe that you were a customer of one of the following, Prime Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Parkspot Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride and Swift Meet and Greet. The product name you purchased is Stansted Meet & Greet Parking and this is where the confusion starts. They have done this in a deliberate attempt to masquerade as ourselves in order to deflect any bad publicity from themselves. We have received many communications from customers who have had similar experiences as yourself. Essex Police and Uttlesford District Council are building a case against these rogue companies and our advice would be to contact both of them as well as Trading Standards. There has been extremely bad press about these companies since before Easter 2025. It has even reached the national press and been subject to reports on the BBC. They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others. The people in charge of these companies are Khuram Raja Sahab, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. All four are aware that they are not running a legitimate service. They do not have any insurance cover to drive customer vehicles and they do not have planning permission from Uttlesford District Council for Airport related parking. Uttlesford District Council informed us on the 15th that they have issued an enforcement notice requiring them to vacate their illegal parking site. The company falsely advertise secure parking. Often vehicles are parked on the side of roads, keys are left in the boot of a customer's car which is not locked and they use customers vehicles to ferry their own members of staff to and from their illegal site. Their hub is the Terminus Car Park, Terminus Street, Harlow. They also use fields at The Nook Farm Industrial Estate, Bury Lodge Lane, Burton End and at New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham. They also run a Park & Ride Service from New Farm, Elsenham called New Farm Parking. They operate a 17 seater minibus, hired from a company in Rochdale called Rentruck. Drivers do not have the necessary license to drive such a vehicle. We have footage of cars parked on residential streets around Stansted and reports from local residents. We would be glad to provide this to you should you wish to view it. Many recents posts have also appeared on local Facebook community pages. We are receiving daily complaints from customers who have suffered the same experiences as yourself. You would need to make your complaint with the booking agent but it is likely that any complaint will be ignored. If this is the case we would advise contacting your credit / debit card provider in order to issue a chargeback. If you were to make a dummy booking you will see that their product name states Stansted Meet & Greet Parking. We hope that the above information is helpful to you. AWFUL
I paid extra for meet & greet as i thought it would be easier however it was not.
Going to standsted i called 30 mins before and explained i was alone i was late and they still wasnt there, they do not explain instructions very well. They told me to go to zone D but the driver was at A.
Coming back i called them as soon as i got through customs, they was not there with my car, i called and was told to wait i called back after 10 mins and they laughed at me, the driver finally called me and was somewhere completely different.
