Great communication easy to sort things out and quick to get the job done.

Technician who came and worked on our mattress to clean stain didn’t do anything to fix the issue technician was a young lad more like new apprentice learning the job after complain company contacted to mattress supplier where I originally purchased it they changed it due to having insurance coverage which is good I’ve received new mattress but this time didn’t purchase for bedguard insurance as see no point doing so as the technician they send won’t be able to do their job to get stain off .

Don’t waste your money on Staingard Insurance. There Technicians use any excuse they can so as not to pay out. Funny how they only respond to positive reviews on Trust Pilot.what’s the point of a 5yr warranty, not worth the paper it’s written on

Although the replacement part took a long time to arrive, the company kept in touch along the way, and that kind of communication is much appreciated. Their technician was great and solved a minor issue quickly. Great customer service all the way!

Was kept informed about attempts to repair furniture, when it was found that it was not repairable I got acredit note for the full value of suite

I've made two claims with Staingard and both have been very easy to submit and I've received very good service from their technicians. My sofa stains (one car sick and the other bike grease) have been removed seamlessly both times and the staff are very friendly
