I bought a carbon fender for 83.95€ The site asked me for the location in France and offered me 33.95€ for tax and delivery. Which is quite expensive.
I didn't think I would have to pay 41.5€ of customs fees at the reception. I paid as many fees as the mudguard cost
The site never explains that customs fees are not included in the taxes you charge.

Thanks for submitting a review. I can confirm that the 33.95€ is a shipping charge, not a tax charge - nor does the website imply that it is a tax charge.
in this instance, Import tax and duty is collected by the French government separately and we have no control over it.

We are hoping to begin working with a French Retailer in the new year, meaning that it will become cheaper and easier to purchase our products directly from them in France.

Excellent products and excellent…

Excellent products and excellent service, I ordered a sprocket for my surron and wasn't quite the colour I was looking for, they were happy to swap for different colour and size for me and also add an additional item to my order with no issues what so ever.

Shipped right away

Shipped right away, had item I needed in stock. 5 days from 🇬🇧 UK to Calgary, Alberta. Not too bad! Ships with DHL.
