I recently had a structural survey completed by Stabuild due to concerns with cracks in my property. Ryan was helpful and professional and I would highly recommend.

We used Stabuild to see if we could remove a wall in our home. Service was very good, great communication and all our questions were answered quickly. More than happy to recommend Walid and Ryan.

Overall my service was good. I asked several questions prior to booking in the service and was given details about what was and wasn't possible. However, I would have liked a more personable service. A phone call to discuss everything or more than single responses. We were buying a property and so it would have been good to know once the engineer was booked with the home owner rather than me chasing. This is my preference and I think overall improves customer service.

They were available the following day to complete the inspection and were very professional in their approach. We received a formal report promptly in a few days as they promised, as well as follow up drawings in response to council questions as part of the regularisation application.
