Stabuild Limited Arvostelua

Ryan provided thorough advice and helped us make an informed decision about a house purchase. He was especially useful when I had follow up questions and was very helpful in explaining things in a straightforward manner over the phone.

Great company, managed to turn around the report very quickly!

The surveyor, Walid, was extremely knowledgeable and was also happy to explain to us as he went round the significance of his findings, which were then written up in a clear and comprehensive report.
Outstanding work and first-class service.

Great service. They were able to respond very quickly to our request for help and were fabulous at answering our follow up questions.

This was my first experience arranging a structural inspection, and it was a great one. I received a detailed quote clearly explaining the differences between the various levels of inspections. I further explained the specific requirements and was recommended the appropriate type of work to be performed. No up-selling, exactly what was required in my specific case. Inspection was performed on the agreed date, and the report was sent to me on the second working day after. The report was concise and well written, with plenty of recommendations and a clear knowledge of the local area.

From start to finish, the experience with Ryan of Stabuild Limited was exceptional. I found Stabuild on TrustPilot and am delighted to say I can provide similarly stellar feedback to the other reviews that prompted me to choose them. The initial email I received in my request for a quote was thorough and useful, more so than the other quotes, which led me to choose Stabuild. Ryan was very professional throughout his inspection, and gave me some very useful information on the day. The following report that I received was also very thorough and useful for me to work through what needs addressing at my property. I was much reassured by the research that Ryan did into the building site and its composition, so I also have a new level of peace of mind in addition to a report that is useful for me to address the small issues that need attention. I can't recommend Ryan highly enough, and I really appreciate everything that he did.

Stabuild team was very responsive in providing answers and helpful in suggesting right kind of survey.

Very good communication and excellent end product. They are busy so reports can be delayed for a few days.

Stabuild responded quickly to my enquiry, and fixed an inspection for the same week. Ryan looked thoroughly at the entire property, with particular attention to the areas I was concerned about. He discussed his observations with me on the day, and provided a comprehensive report, with relevant photos and clear recommendations, within about 3 days. I was impressed by his knowledge and thankful for his honest assessment. I would definitely recommend Stabuild!

I had an excellent experience with Stabuild. I needed a structural report for a property purchase. Walid was friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. My report was delivered promptly. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable professional service.

Quick response and thorough survey documentation. I would recommend stabuild.

Reliable, very friendly and offer assistance when needed. Prompt service, would definitely recommend - thank you Ryan and Walid!

Excellent response and communication. I needed a structural report in a hurry and Walid delivered. Definitely would use Stabuild again.

Very happy with the service from Stabuild Ltd, would use them again, Ryan was very helpful and very fast with the report.

Excellent company! Ryan went out of his way to be helpful and their work is first class. I rarely write reviews but they merit as many stars as I can give!

From start to finish Stabuild were professional and timely with their structural report and building calculations. Friendly, approachable staff that made the entire process stress free. I can’t thank the team enough. Just brilliant.

Very prompt response, was able to get the job done within 3 hours of booking

I was looking for a structural survey in a hurry and had a great experience with Stabuild that they got back to us in a haze. The survey was thoroughly conducted. We received the report within 5 working days andis very detailed and clear. Excellent indeed.

We asked Stabuild to look into some cracks flagged in our RICS level 3 survey - they were quick, clear and efficient in identifying potential causes and in opining on the gravity of the issue. Would use again.
