Hi there,

We completely understand how frustrating it is to go through a rough dry spell, and we hear your concerns.
Please be assured that all games on Spree.com use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every single spin is 100% random and independent, games cannot be adjusted or tracked based on your account, purchases, or past play. While this guarantees fair play, it also means dry streaks can unfortunately happen purely by chance.

Your feedback has been noted for our team. If you ever need help with account limits or want to take a break, we are always here to help.

Best regards,
The Spree Support Team

Hi Ann,

I am truly sorry for the frustration and confusion caused by our promotional messaging, and I completely understand your point. Seeing an offer advertised as a "free gift" only to find out it requires a purchase is misleading and disappointing when you're expecting a purely no-purchase bonus.

Gift Spins are free spins that Spree grants to players as part of special promotions, purchases, quests, or loyalty rewards. They allow you to spin specific slot games without using your own Sweeps Coins or Gold Coins, while still giving you the chance to win real prizes (depending on the game type).

These spins can be:
🎁 Purchase-based Gift Spins – awarded when you buy certain promotional packages.
🎯 Quest or Level Rewards – earned by completing in-game challenges or reaching milestones.
💎 Free Bonus Spins – occasionally sent as surprise rewards via email or in-app messages.
Each set of gift spins has its own validity period and assigned game, so make sure to check the details when you receive them.

Hi there,

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your decision to step away. Spending your money and encountering a prolonged streak without any meaningful wins is deeply frustrating and disheartening.

Please rest assured that our games operate strictly using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every outcome is completely random and independent, no game tracks your spending, deposits, or playtime to alter your chances. However, because outcomes are based purely on chance, cold streaks can unfortunately happen.

We respect your decision to stop playing, and we have recorded your feedback for our team to review.

We wish you all the best moving forward.

Best regards,
The Spree Support Team

Hello there,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing it feels when play results do not go as expected.

Please be assured that all games on Spree utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that every spin, round, and outcome is entirely random, fair, and unbiased. Because all game outcomes are strictly a matter of chance, winning streaks and dry spells can occur naturally and independently of previous deposits or play history.

We truly value your time with us, and we encourage all of our players to enjoy our games responsibly. If you would like to explore tools to manage your play such as setting personal deposit limits, daily play limits, or taking a temporary break our Customer Support team is always here to assist you via Live Chat or at support@spree.com.

Best regards,
The Spree Team
