Very greedy money hungry company for 12.99 per month I expected to be able to listen to unlimited audiobooks too but I can't even finish one as it's longer than the "allocated 15 hours of audiobook listening" per subscription month.

If I want to finish the last 3 hours of the book I'd need to get a "top up" for £9.99 for 10 extra hours. What a stupid way to squeeze as much money out of people who are already having a hard time money wise. This is ridiculous, in what world do you have to pay for something when you are already paying a premium amount for a subscription...the greed is just astounding

Für kleines Geld viel Musik? Schön wäre es doch im Grunde zahlt man für leere Playlisten und KI Support. Muss man sich nicht wundern wenn die Leute wieder anfangen sich ihre Musik über andere Quellen zu beschaffen.

Customer service is likely entirely AI now pretending to be real person, and they just waste your time, exhaust you, till you can't do this anymore.
Just wasted 1.5 hours with a "supervisor", from a superior escalation support team. They send me 3 free month offer to give to a friend by email. But the link didn't work. So they runnning me for 1.5 hours to log in log out, on this device on that device. Then suggested to create a new email and new account, etc. After 1.5 hours I freaked out. This is the new globalist western world we're all living now.

Es una aplicacion mediocre en temrinos de como quieres tu que se vea. Es degradante que en una aplicacion de este calibre sigas sin poder editar que listas se ven nada mas te metes a la aplicacion, sin posibilidad de borrar, si quieres quitar una lista de la pantalla de incio tienes q ir metiendote en listas que alteran tu algoritmo e ir escuchando una detras de otra hasta que tu pantalla de inicio sean las nuevas listas que has tenido que escuchar para poder quitar otras listas pesadas. Tampoco puedes limpiar historial de reproduccion. De verdad que spotify, para ser una aplicacion de este nivel, y su menu parece una app de los 90 en un nokia, no por como se ve, sino por la NULA capacidad de editar como se ve. Yo lo tengo claro ya, me voy a apple music, que paga mejor a sus artistas. BOICOTEEMOS LA MAFIA DE SPOTIFY, LADRONES DESCARADOS

Le tragique de plusieurs familles fait le bonheur de tous les crétins payés pour raconter souvent des horribles crimes jamais commis. Effectivement il faut se faire de l' oseille. For 4 years I was extremely satisfied with the service that I got from Spotify although I think it's a bit pricey I like having a music service. After 4 years there came a month from finances weren't as good and I wasn't able to make the payment as soon as I wasn't able to make the payment I could still use the free Spotify if I want to listen to the same commercial in between every single song on my playlist. The exact same commercial over and over and over until whenever I can pay for this paid service. Thanks Spotify it's a wonderful way to say you appreciate my business.

I was a member for many years but then noticed that I was paying an extra 9.99 per month plus addition 9.99 payments from time to time. I then saw that I had signed up to an audiobook subscription, which I have no memory of doing and would not have willingly done.
There is only chat support which is a massive waste of time and doesn't work to resolve things easily as its often difficult to communicate the problem clearly,
So I've cancelled and will try a different platform with more transparency over subscriptions and better customer support.

My complaint is for any and all Authors. if you are thinking of getting on "Spotify For Authors" I'd strongly suggest that you do not do it. Allegedly I had 11 audio-books on Spotify. My first through 3rd audio-books from 2/01/2026 until this morning 9/20/2026. The alleged problem is that "Spotify For Authors" gives their customers allegedly (15) Free Hours of Listening time for any and all audio-books they want to listen to. Therefore, even if I have my audio-books selling for $1.99 each retail, that extremely low retail price why should a customer even pay $1.99 to buy my audio-book when all they have to do is use a small part of that 15 hours of free listening time to listen to my audio-books for free? Bottom-Line- I have not been paid ever "One penny" since 2/01/2026 for people listening to my audio-book"! if it can happen to me it allegedly can happen to you too!

Es gibt genug Alternativen!!! Spotify ist eine abzocke geworden..Immer mehr Werbungen und das aufzwingen von abos!! einfach nur noch dreist ! werde Account löschen !!!!

Aumentation drastique de prix sans justification tout les ans. Des contenus sponsorisés impossible à supprimer dans nos playlist malgré les abonnements bien trop cher.

Spotify is an absolute joke of a platform when it comes to basic user control and content safety. If a toxic, unwanted podcast host or creator keeps getting shoved down your throat, there is zero way to permanently block them, filter them out, or stop the algorithm from spamming your home screen with their garbage.

You can rate things 1-star, you can hide episodes, you can clear history, but the app forces this trash right back onto your screen, causing genuine psychological stress and endless frustration for paying subscribers. Meanwhile, their clunky interface traps you in foreign language glitches with no easy way out, and they refuse to implement a basic "Block Creator" feature for podcasts. Spotify completely fails its users by forcing unwanted media down your throat with zero accountability. The moment any similar app shows up on the market, I will leave Spotify at the speed of light. Avoid this garbage platform if you actually want control over what you and your family watch or listen to.

Das Hörbuch Kontigent ist echt ein Witz und das Upgrade wahnsinnig teuer! Der Premium Account an sich wird ja schon konsequent teurer, was auch keinen Spaß mehr macht. Aber die größte Abzocke ist echt dieser nicht funktionierende Sleeptimer! 2x hat er einfach schon nicht funktioniert, du schläfst ein und zack, jetzt kannst du einen Monat warten bis du weiterhören kannst oder zahlst den Preis von einem Hörbuch, nur um es zu hören anstatt es zu besitzen. Ich geh mal meinen Piratenhut suchen!

NON ACQUISTATE ABBONAMENTI!!!Se si riscontrano problemi si viene indirizzato automaticamente verso un'assistenza totalmente virtuale che ti guida in diversi errori e una volta compiuti ti mette in contatto con un Operatore che si giustifica dicendo che a guidarti è stato un bot... Morale truffata da Spotify ... Se possibile non acquistate abbonamenti

Ended my subscription on the 01/01/1970 so i am unable to spotify on my main account again, i questioned it through their chat, and even after explaining everything they said they cancelled my sub and ended chat

Lydniveau alt for lavt. Bare fordi man bruger equalizer. Selv med Flat indstilling som giver højere lyd er det stadig for lavt. Ikke et problem på Deezer eller Tidal.

Når man vælger et mix med en kunstner blandes det med numre fra andre kunstnere. Helt uacceptabelt ringe.

C'est devenu trop cher, il ya tellement d'autres alternatives.
