It was a lovely design.delivery service was good.good quality.

They used to sell stuff with some cool graphics, but now it's overflowing with AI slop, and all clothes look straight up ridiculous. I have 2 t-shirts from Spiral that I like a lot, so I wanted to buy some more, but all the products on the website look embarrassing. Such a shame...

Very poor communication, no replies to emails or social media messages. Slow delivery. Items are intact but poor sewing on seams.

Temps de livraison non respecté, frais de port compté 2 fois et colis toujours non reçu après 2 semaines …bref vraiment pas concluant.

Been shopping with Spiral since 2023. On this occasion the printing was awful. The print was cut off at the bottom and it printed on the seam it looks ridiculous. I have emailed twice but nothing however I did receive their new catalogue. I’m moving on to a different company because there is one thing I don’t like is crappy customer service.. I can see from reviews here I’m not the only one with a problem they are ignoring.

I advise customers who have not reviewed customer service for faulty mis prints or items not received start a claim back with bank or credit card and then report to trading standards , it is the only way we can stop other customer getting poor service. Their full details are on Companies House

I ordered a tshirt on 15th Feb 26. Money was taken from my account but the tshirt was never delivered. I emailed all 3 of their email addresses, messaged them on messenger and left coments on their Facebook posts asking them to update me on my order but over the space of a month, had nothing back. In the end I had to raise a dispute via my bank in order to get the money back. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs.

Had to get a replacement sent, which was a massive kerfuffle because customer service isn’t the best. Glad i’ve got a replacement item now, hope this one doesn’t get holes in within a few wears. x
