the order was processed to the wrong address, i emailed there customer support as soon as i saw the issue and after a week of emails no-one got back to me and the order was delivered to the wrong address. No point in having a customer service email address if no-one is going to look at it or answer it.

Some great designs no doubt.. Wish more were V neck as I don't like round necks much.
Also the length in mens t-shirts seem to have shortened, not all people have there t-shirts untucked.
Other than that.. Brilliant stuff..

I ordered a Metallica tote bag but instead received an ACDC one instead. Emailed both addresses on website and the Contact Us section to try and replace it with no reply from anyone. Don't recommend and won't be ordering from here again.

All items received in good condition and quite quickly from time of order.
The quality of all the t-shirts was excellent, as always.

Product was fine as in no defects but it was very small for my 13yr old son so he wouldnt wear it.i asked your company via email how to start a return process and no one has responded to me.thats poor customer service.

Great sizes and they wash beautifully. Delivery was a quicker than I expected too, bonus.

Delivery was late and then had to organise pickup after delivery was sent to wrong address and had to send an item back have not been communicated since requested an exchange and have not heard if they received item or what after this would avoid and save your money and time!!!!

Still waiting for refund or exchange and still no communication from there behalf

I received the wrong item. Still no word from customer service after a week...

Everything is fine, things are going well for you, the only bad thing is that there is a high customs duty in Bulgaria, which is annoying, but I am somehow getting through it. Thank you.

It was fine after I found the parcel

I read reviews and thought it would be okay. It was not. I am livid. I prchased a T-shirt a week ago and yesterday it was called “undeliverable” and I have not got a clue where my refund nor package is it was my first time buying from here and I am extremely disappointed will kot be buying from here again. I recommend doing the same.
