I don't know how you can become vip here, probably spending millions, cause I spent tens of thousands and still not vip. Also lately they do not approve redemptions for 11 business days. What the point of playing here. Support is always rude and never answers questions. They don't value players, never care about feedback, not changing anything. You don't get coins back as on other casinos, promo packages are awful. Especially support agent Ivon is rude. I would never again deposit here, because they don't appreciate your loyalty .

This site is very sketchy and inconsistent. The first redemptions I did were instant and good. Now I put in a redemption and it has been a week of customer support blowing me off. When you ask about the redemption, they just tell you "I can not tell you the timeframe that your redemption will be processed". I asked them to escalate the issue and copy me on it and Ivon from customer service proceeded to END the chat on me without saying another word. It also still showed him online, which implies that the customer service just did not want to support my request. Please tread carefully on this site, they are very inconsistent and do not communicate well at all when dealing with giving you your money.

I've been a loyal customer with spinpals and it was my go to. Never had a problem topping up or cashing out until about a week and a half ago. My last redemption has been pending for over a week and there support has since stopped responding to me. They kept giving me the same generic answers which was zero info and zero help. I was specifically told that it was not a backlog. Itsnl going on two walks and still nothing . I'm starting to think they are just going to keep my money. My username is

This site is trash. Lowest RTP of any platform. I just ran over 500 spins on Le Digger and in 500 spins I got 1 coin for x2, 0 free spins and the raccoon reject threw exactly 1 stick of dynamite which resulted in 0 coins. The game took $24 and that was the result. I looked at the info screen because this was literally the worst gaming session I've ever had and their RTP was set at 94% and it is normally 96%. 2% is huge on a high volitility game like this. I used to like spin pals but like all the rest they got greedy so now they are just robbing people. In the long run you will realize you just robbed yourself. Don't rely on this sites score I promise you all they operate in a severely unethical manner which to me is criminal. But here it goes

I am beyond frustrated with Spin Pals and how they handled my situation. I reported an unauthorized and invalid purchase immediately, made them fully aware of the issue, and even pointed out how their own terms of service applied—yet they still refused to fix it, refund it, or return the funds to the proper account.

What’s blatantly obvious is the double standard. They were more than happy to accept the money when it benefited them, but if this had been a redemption or payout, they would have hidden behind their terms and denied it without hesitation. That level of inconsistency is unacceptable and speaks volumes about how they operate.

This was not a gray-area situation. This was an illegitimate transaction, and they were informed right away. Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to ignore the issue and keep the money. That is not just poor customer service—it feels deliberately dishonest.

At this point, I have zero confidence in this platform. I will be escalating this through every available channel and making sure others are aware of how this company handles situations like this. Proceed with extreme caution if you are considering using Spin Pals.

They took money that they did not have a legal right to keep. And if that is in Accordance with your TOS then thank you for proving my point. You operate unethically keep money that doesn't belong to you and then hide behind a wall of BS TOS that didnt apply since the transaction was in fact not legal..
