First time they told me there was an issue with my Aeropay account (Aeropay confirmed there was not) and then they said it was just a long processing queue at the moment... This is preposterous I have spent thousands on this site and it has the worst rtp of any game platform I've encountered .out of about 7000$ spent i have won maybe 1100$ all together do the math and thw wins ive got where regulated witch means you hit for about 5 times your deposit then you won't win anymore thsn that .I have deleted this wretched app and moved on I suggest you people do the same all the good reviews on this site are made by them or their affiliates do not believe the hype this is the worst online platform.

SpinPals banned my account and claimed it was in violation of TOS. I haven’t violated any TOS. I went from making regular purchases every week to only collecting the daily bonus for the past 2 weeks. That is the only change. I guess in less than a month I was viewed as unprofitable and banned without any actual explanation other than vague TOS violation and no recourse for getting my account back.

Once again refusing to pay my redemption. This was my absolute favorite platform, and they have completely lost my trust. I cannot connect to ANYBODY who will talk to me without their pre determined bot responses. What happened to this site? I’m so angry
