Banned a week after cashout. Enjoyed the site, and played cautiously, but they decided to not tell me why they banned me. I actually got my minimum redemption, but I'm not sure what the problem was. I think their roulette game may have been a little broken. I actually pointed out an exploit in their mines game when I joined, that let keep betting a dollar, which they weren't at all grateful.

The worse part about Spinpals.com is their accountability as they claim to have support but they only provide Ai generated support with chat answers that don’t provide assistance regardless of the situation. Buyer Beware
Took my money and banned my account. By the looks of it, this has happened to many others as well. I am in contact with support, but know how this kind of stuff usually goes, so not really hopeful. I will be initiating chargebacks in the amount all of my purchases and advise everyone else to do the same. I will update this review with any significant updates if they end up happening.

Banned one day after I redeemed from them, while I still had a balance that I was waiting to redeem today. Support did not notify me I was banned and refuses to provide me an exact reason why I was banned. When confronted, they stop responding to me. I will be contacting my bank for a chargebacks of all payments that equal the balance I had on their site

Shady Practices
They closed my account for winning on a game they created and put on the site. No refunds no nothing. They also give no warning if they pull out of your state and lock you out. They also have banned players randomly with no warning. Scam site, do not trust with your money.

Literally played one of their missions and apparently I made too much money so they banned my account. Shady company, shady practices.
