NO POCKETS IN THE PANTS OR TOP!!!!
Where do I put my phone?? I ordered a set to wear on the plane to Scandinavia but it took so long (over two weeks) I could not use it. Then I decided to order another color ( had not worn the first yet) for trip to Scotland got dressed this am and was totally shocked about the lack of pockets!!

Rips on first wear literally and did not appreciate their customer service. Liars and shady and refuse to pass to supervisors. Company culture as string as their tights.

I initially spoke with the person who took my order, whose name I didn't write down, and later spoke with Cindy and then with Aaron. My 41 year old daughter has a chromosomal disorder, resulting, among other issues, with weak hands and a body that isn't shaped in a typical fashion. At 4'8" she is short waisted and wears an adult extra small or large child size on top, but waist down to just below her butt she's a curvy (never lost her one-year-old belly) adult size 12. Anything I buy her requires altering her clothes, shortening pants by 6"-8", sleeves by 4"-6", and taking in the waistband of her pants by 2". A dress has to be purchased to accommodate her butt but then has to be majorly altered above the waist. I told this to both Cindy and Aaron and the person with whom I placed the order. Two different styles were suggested, which I ordered in two different sizes. One style didn't work, the second one could have, except the size that would hold in her stomach required stronger hands. She's very independent, and couldn't put that size on by herself. I had to return everything. Spanx listened to me each time, and never charged me shipping fees both for the shipment and the return. In addition, while one of the styles in the two sizes stated they couldn't be returned, I was allowed to do so. While the Spanx didn't work out for my daughter, I was very impressed that each person at Spanx tried very hard, and cared about my daughter's experience. The value of a company is not simply about a quality product (which Spanx delivers, both in function and soft ,smooth material) but in the customer service. Spanx does both. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They have some great items with soft and comfortable materials. A few of the items I ordered recently were a bit off, and the original shipping to receive was absurdly slow. The return process has been even worse, it's taken weeks and still awaiting finalization. I like the brand but would probably not purchase direct from them again.

Can't say enough about the customer service experience. They made it right, no questions asked, and answered so quickly. Made the process so easy. Customer for life. The quality of the jeans is great and the customer service was top notch

Spanx is one of those brands that go above and beyond for customer service which is rare these days. Out of the 30+ orders I've made, I had an issue with one item (was too big) which was very quickly taken care of. They made my return super easy. The quality is amazing of their clothing and additionally, they have amazing reward perks such as a free panty after so many purchased. Other companies need to take note!

I placed two separate orders on September 6, 2026 and as of September 11, 2026 the status of my order still only shows placed. After leaving a negative review, I received an email stating a representative would contact me. Within hours I was contacted with the order fulfilled and shipped arriving only two days later. This is a kind of customer service I would expect from a company this size. Bravo Spanx, bravo for turning a negative experience into a truly positive one.

I ordered a beautiful pair of brown leggings which were too small. I reordered and our financial circumstances changed. I asked for a full refund which they supplied. I am a fan! Not many Co's are this compassionate. Thank you

My only issue with this store is sizing and shipping. I normally wear a medium/large bottom so I ordered 2 extra large mild compression short. I could not get them past my thighs. Why anyone that small would need shapewear, I don’t know. They charged me $14 shipping to get them to me and then charged me another $14 to return them. I could have put them in a five dollar USPS bag and saved myself nine dollars. They could have done the same and saved me nine more dollars to get them to me.My advice, if you need to buy shapewear, physically go to a store and try it on and avoid the shipping charges. i’m done buying from stores that charge shipping. With the billions that they make every year they should throw that in or at least severely reduce the cost to the customer.****Thank you for your response, but I was charged $7 per pair, even though they were shipped back in the same bag you deducted $14 from my refund. I will be calling in the morning to straighten this out.

I had ordered from Spanx a few years ago without any issues. Recently ordered some high-waisted light-control boyshorts which had boa-constictor leg elastic. Ridiculous. Sent them back for the Supima cotton boyshorts, which were fine in the leg, but the vulvar area was not designed with a human woman in mind. I'm sure they would fit Spongebob Squarepants just fine, though. Unwearable. Both items were the same price, but Spanx said they couldn't do an exchange unless it was the same style. Why would I want another color or size of the style I hated? Anyway, I am a very squeaky wheel with plenty of time, so I eventually got an exchange and a full refund "as a one-time courtesy." It was not easy, and there will not be a second time for me. I'm not sure who is designing this stuff, maybe it's AI, who can't even count fingers.

BEWARE – I would not recommend ordering from here.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel an honest and fair account of my experience is necessary as I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience.

The sizing was completely off, and I was then faced with a £20 fee to make a return. Even more frustratingly, one of the items I attempted to return was refused, despite being within the stated returns window.

Overall, the whole experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling that ordering from here simply isn’t worth the hassle or expense.

I would not order from here again, and honestly wish I hadn’t placed my original order. I would strongly recommend avoiding

Terrible. I can’t get in touch with anyone in customer service. I keep getting sent to customer or another one which I have to pay for each one. It does no good. This pissed customer said that Spanx is not answering them. They don’t care. The problem was that spanx was ordered by Shop and then it was sent to Spanx. Spanx sent it out. I have a tracking number with UPS. It’s stuck in the middle of nowhere and nobody can do anything about it. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.What do I do now?

This is my first order, and I was really impressed by the quality, production and design of the pants that I ordered. It does what it says it does, it is engineered for comfort. Looking forward shopping again with this company.

My order was misdelivered by UPS to the wrong address. After confirming the issue, I reached out to Spanx by email. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly their customer service team responded. They immediately verified the carrier issue and shipped a replacement the very same day without making me jump through unnecessary hoops or questioning my honesty.

I would especially like to recognize Violet, who handled my situation with professionalism, empathy, and remarkable efficiency. She took ownership of the issue from the very beginning and made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. Bought the SPANXsupersmooth® Undie-tectable®
Supima® Cotton Brief, they are super expensive. They're supposed to be undetectable, but the fit is not the best. I'm slim and workout, and these are the only briefs I have that mark my thighs. The lower part is see through.

I bought them because I wanted to switch to a higher quality material, but these are not comfortable and don't look good. You are not able to leave a review only either, they filter and post positive reviews only.
